I thought this video was going to be about how as a bookkeeper who works from home gets large clients. The majority of this video talked about actually working at a large company. We're not once an 8 to 5 job anymore.

Hi Morgan, I was wondering if I could please ask because I’ve been reading, do you come across many software issues In quick books where you have to call their support? Or overall QBO works well most of the time?

I rarely call the support line and am generally happy with how it functions. I like being in a QBO facebook group, so if it does go down for a couple hours, others are there to commiserate or give more details.
