Jump start your morning and follow along with Michelle, as she guides you through a beginner Finger, Wrist, and Forearm Exercise Routine to Increase Motion. All you need is a towel!
Try this hand and arm exercise routine if you are looking to warm up your stiff, fingers, wrist and forearm.
First, we will start by waking up both hands by stimulating the sensory system and circulatory system.
Then we will work on dexterity and mobility of your fingers and thumb. From there, we'll transition into light gripping of the towel with your arm in various positions. Lastly, we will incorporate a brain based movement to enhance your motion!
I am such a huge advocate of finding exercises and movement that increase your hand dexterity, strength, and hand function. I hope that you find these exercises helpful and they provide you some easy to follow exercises without fancy, expensive equipment.

I undergo surgery in my forearm closed fractured for ulna and radius last Feb 16 2024, is this applicable?

I can't thank you enough of how you have helped me recover a lot quicker & easier!!!! I do not want to go to PT and this is saving the day! I fractured my radial neck at 53 roller skating. My ortho said after we waited a week, I saw your pronation, supination, flexion, extension exercises & that gave me such huge relief immediately! Especially with the hand stiffness!!! You have no idea how much you are helping so many people! You are so good at what you do!!!!

Thanks Michelle. At 16 weeks post surgery ORIF for distal humerus fracture.I still have a stiff this routine really works

I love your videos, thank you. Broke 2 fingers at the knuckle just before Christmas and out of the cast for a week. Making fast progress watching your videos in between PT appointments :)

Thanks Michelle for this exercise. I am currently Recovering from CMC joint arthroplasty and my wrist and fingers really enjoyed this video. Time now to do your wrist extension one

Great posts. I always mess up when you instruct that there are a "couple" more left. After two more, I stop and look up and see that you haven't stopped. have to remember that when you say "couple", it doesn't mean two. It's an easy fix. When I hear you say "couple" I just look at the monitor to see what you're doing.

Hello Michell, last year I broke my wrist. I found your posts on youtube by chance. I want to thank you for all the advice and guidance. Even if after one year and four months my third finger sometimes feels strange, I can say that my hand is 100% functional. I have recommended your posts to other people. Thanks again

Awsome indeed,I had a distal Radius Fracture recently -6weeks ago,The Surgeon has inserted a titanium plate in...So I hope these exercises are fine for such ..as my Physiotherapist could also guide me to do these useful exercises..Bless You dear, Im following /seeing your other videos also..Angel,Youre doing such a Noble cause ,May God Bless You ,always!

Hello madam, I had an accident last year and I broke my wrist. And now my wrist is stiff and I need a routine exercise to get my wrist back to normal or if there is any advice too I would appreciate it. thanks
