Unfortunately they dont push any harder for Ryan,yes hes a awesome boss/guy but when guys constantly show up late and dont show up to work and constantly stand around while on the clock isnt exactly pushing hard for your super cool boss. Get well soon! My pops beat lung cancer that was really bad and first dr he saw gave him like 6 months or something left. Long story short he went thru hell and beat it and has been cancer free ever since for last 10 yrs now!! Stay strong and keep fighting brother

you should try construction if you haven’t found a career yet. i’m in the business of drilling in underground utilities. 5 years ago i was studying at a university for nursing and now i make $80,000 a year after just a few years of hard work in the field. it’s something i never thought i’d be doing but has been the most rewarding and satisfying journey. just felt motivated to share 😂😅

Dude. I love how positive this video is. I am 22 and own my own excavation company and can totally sympathize with how south plans can go when things change last minute. How do u stay so positive on days like this? Like first thing things started going bad and your deminor did not change. When things go south in my company I lose it and start to have a bad attitude. And ik it's something I need to work on. Like when that guy didn't show up and didn't even call I would've freaked out and ripped into him. But u just stayed calmn and positive and didn't let it bother u. How do u do it bro. It's extremely overwhelming and stresses me out. I get you can't control certain things such as weather and ppl not showing up. But it's still all money and time lost. Idk how you do it but whatever it is keep it going man. Love it

i wish too. however i live in san diego. in n out hamburgers pays 17 n hour starting. when you go in there it is under staffed. nobody wants to work because unemployment is easier. same with pretty much every business here. just saying if the companies do start manufacturing here they probably wont get the labor. a lot of pride in people is gone

It really is like a lost art putting an edge for sod around all the concrete. I used to finish grade (and landscape) and we did concrete work as well. Mostly concrete walls. I think it's very professional that you would even offer the redress. I never saw the concrete people do it very often. Yes! Praise God, do something for someone else. "Get out of ourselves". 😀

Reminds of a time I asked my boss if I could get my big-trailer permit for cars/trucks so I could haul medium equipment to jobs when the old heads aren't there. He said no too costly and then a few weeks later told me to take the trailer with like 8 tons on it. I'm only allowed to legally take 2 tons with said vehicle and had to decline. Boy was he mad.

Idk how anybody can give this video a thumbs down. I don’t even care about concrete (I know, I’m sorry) but I’ve watched every video you put out and thoroughly enjoyed it. Checking on Mr. Bobby is one of those things that make you a real class act, and I bet he really appreciated too whether or not he lets you know 😊God is good! keep up the good fight.
