Let's be real, this stuff is anything but delicious. It has at least seven layers of flavor that hit you every time you drink it and none of them are fun. But, I still take a tablespoon every day to help keep me healthy and so far it's worked. I started taking this when I had an awful cold and it cleared up in less than 48 hours. Everyone should be taking this stuff.

@@elkewinkler I put slices of lemon and orange, not just zest and juice, as well as opting for fresh ginger root, turmeric, and horseradish. On top of all she adds, I also add black pepper corns, thyme, parsley, and raw honey. So really not too much more lol

If you can, use local raw honey. Doing so will help you build your antihistamines to your local pollen. Might cost a couple bucks more than pasteurized mass market honey but it’s worth it!

This reminds me of a cocktail party we went to many years ago where the host pulled out a big glass jug he called "snake juice". It was made with vodka and the produce content was pretty well broken down so hard to tell exactly what was in it but there definitely was a dehydrated snake at the bottom of the jug! My husband went for it but thankfully, I was the designated driver.

You dry them out and use as seasonings for your food. It is zero waste, you can know what is in it and customize it (this recipe lacks a lot), and it's way more affordable than what is in the store. I am making mine with kombucha vinegar. Since i make my own kombucha my five gallon batch will have cost me less than a dollar to make the kombucha. 4 lbs peppers, 4 lbs garlic, 4 lbs ginger, 4 lbs horseraddish, 4 lbs tumeric, and some other things i will throw in like cinnamon, carrots, peppercorns, lemon and lemon grass, thyme, It will be under 50 bucks for five gallons. And then i will have a ton of spices.....a ton in addition to my super potent version of a master tonic, so although i am making a 5 gallon batch i might as well ne making 20 gallons because it's concentrated and that way if someone else needs it they can have some too.

Stop believing rubbish and just eat normally and diversely. Immune system is in the gut which mean microbiome, which means sweet disgusting drink isn’t the answer

Lmao the fact that you think consuming honey is what causes type 2 diabetes proves you have no idea what you're even talking about. I'm sorry, my brother, sister and I all have biology degrees, my brother is two classes short of being a biology professor, I think I know what I'm talking about. Nice try though. Keep shoving prescription antibiotics down your throat, we'll see who lives longer. I believe science, I believe my body, I believe results. What I don't believe is some random person on the internet pretending they know better because they read an article that was full of lies.

@iaagp I take a tablespoon in the morning and at night. It's super easy to make really big batches and it keeps in the refrigerator for months! I usually strain out all the solid pieces after a few weeks and leave the liquid in the mason jar. Definitely make sure you use a layer of parchment paper or something if you're using a container with a metal lid because the acidity of the vinegar will rust and eat through it.
