The Chicago Bears are in shambles. After yet another embarrassing performance on national television against the Seattle Seahawks, it's clear that the franchise needs a complete overhaul - starting at Halas Hall. The Bears are a dismal 3-6 at home, and their offense has become the laughingstock of the NFL. With the worst offense in recent team history, it’s time for the Bears to fire EVERYONE and start fresh.
In this video, we’ll break down the Bears’ catastrophic loss, the failures of the coaching staff and front office, and what needs to happen on Black Monday if the team has any hope of turning things around. From the dismal offensive line play to the underwhelming quarterback performance, the Bears are wasting talent left and right. The defense tried their best, but no unit can succeed without proper support from the rest of the team.

Game Breakdown:
Offense: 179 total yards of offense, 3.1 yards per play, and ZERO touchdowns.
Defense: Despite giving up only 265 yards, including 143 passing and 122 rushing, and only 6 points, the defense couldn’t overcome the constant offensive struggles
Key Players:
Swift had 81 total yards of offense.
DJ Moore caught 6 passes for 54 yards.
Caleb’s streak of 353 passes without an INT was snapped due to poor blocking and no offensive help
The Disaster That Needs to Be Fixed:
The Offensive Line: Chris Morgan is arguably the worst offensive line coach in NFL history. Under his watch, no Bears linemen have progressed, and the team has continually neglected the trenches. The Bears have failed to build a competitive offensive line, and the results speak for themselves - a quarterback who’s constantly under pressure, a running game that can’t get started, and a complete lack of offensive execution.
Ryan Poles' Faults: While Poles has made some good moves, his poor decisions - like trading a 2nd-round pick for Chase Claypool, paying Montez Sweat an absurd $24 million for minimal production, and failing to address the offensive line and defensive line - have set this team back. The draft picks haven’t panned out, and key signings like Gerald Everett and D’Andre Swift have been non-factors. The team cannot afford to keep Poles in charge.
The Coaching Staff: From Chris Morgan to the rest of the coaching staff, the Bears have failed to develop players, make adjustments, or inspire any sort of consistent play. It’s become clear that the team cannot succeed under this leadership. A new coach, with a proven track record of success, needs to take the reins.
What Needs to Happen NOW:
Complete Overhaul: It's time for George McCaskey to stop being complacent and step up with bold actions. Fire Kevin Warren - he’s failed to make any meaningful changes, and the team's performance shows it. Then, it's time to fire Ryan Poles and the entire coaching staff. The Bears need a fresh start from the top down.
Build from the Trenches: The Bears must invest heavily in the offensive and defensive lines - the core of any great team. They need to bring in the best coaches in the league for these positions, and it starts with making the right hires for OL and DL coaches. The trenches should be the priority in the next draft and free agency.
Player Development: The Bears have several young players with potential - Tyrique Stevenson, Jaquan Brisker, Kyler Gordon, Darnell Wright, DJ Moore, and Chase Claypool - but the team has failed to develop them properly. They must focus on player development and hiring experienced coaches who can nurture talent and build a winning culture.
The Path Forward:
A Proven CEO: The Bears need to bring in a proven CEO-level executive from another successful franchise to help rebuild the team. This person should be able to make decisions without interference, prioritize the right hires, and set this team up for long-term success.
Black Monday: Fire Everyone: A complete clearing of house is the only way forward. The Bears need to take this rare opportunity to hit the reset button and build a team that can compete for championships, starting with getting rid of the current decision-makers and bringing in a leadership team capable of executing a true rebuild.

I disagree. If we do this the Bears are putting Caleb in the exact same unstable they placed Justin in. (Who I believe they should've kept). But I digress.. Keep Warren. And have him keep Poles. To give Caleb some stability. But Warren needs to be closely involved with the interview process. Get a list of 5 qualified candidates. Then give Poles the final decision. And let him know that he's tied to how well the coach he hires does in 3 years. And then work on getting the O-Line steaded. I would also get a couple young studs for the D-Line and at Linebacker. And get some interior lineman and linebackers with some damn weight on em. These guys keep getting pushed around.

Welcome aboard the "fire them all" train! I've been saying the Bears are terrible since they were 4-2 and I got a lot of hate for it. With the eye test, you could tell they were going to be bad from the start. Offense played piss poor from game 1 against the Titans. Offense couldn't do squat against anybody except maybe Jaguars and Patriots. The commentator last night said it best on national TV, "Bears are a cycle of disfunction". Week 17 Caleb review Sacks- 4 Caleb’s fault and 2 on the OL/blocking Missed/skipped/late reads- 10! Drive1: -2&1, nice check down to Swift -2&5, Wright overset and allowed 10 a free run at Caleb who got a nice chip from Swift but force otp for throw away -3rd&5, Caleb had 2 open hot reads but was late to Allen and short. Allen should have caught it Drive2: -3rd&6, Rome settled but should have kept running (incomplete) vs cover-2 deep middle Drive3: -2&7, Caleb stepped into the SACK for no reason. Had wide open check down to swift with a lead blocker in Johnson -2&10, Kmet and Keenan both wide open and settled vs zone. Caleb passed on both and got pressured at 3.5+ second mark. Throw away Drive4: -2nd&3, Caleb again has over 3 seconds before trying to scramble and takes SACK instead of taking a quick check down for 10+ and calling a TO. Would have left 6-7sec for hailmary attempt or sideline throw for FG Drive5: -3rd&9, blitz off right (5-man), pressure gets to Caleb right at 3 sec. Had Allen underneath for about 5 and Kmet for a 1st down on a late release. Took hit/SACK instead Drive6: -1st&10(:24 in 3rd), exotic blitz cause miscommunication on the line for a SACK rather than throw. Not on Caleb but he could have zipped it out to swift, thrown it away, or not retreated for a 14 yard sack -2nd&24, Caleb threw into double coverage which would have been most likely picked. Batted at the line. Had DJ who he skipped over in the progression and Rome wide open in a clean pocket Drive7: -2nd&9, Caleb panicked and dirted a screen. 2 lead blockers and 10+ yards before the next defensive player. Swift looked visibly annoyed with Caleb -3rd&9, zone blitz was picked up well but Caleb panicked and stepped up into the SACK. Had Allen wide open for a 1st down Drive8: -4th&inches, this is a reference to Caleb’s mistakes but what a play to DJ for the 1st -1st&10 (2:05 in 4th), Caleb drops the snap and is SACKed. Pressure arrives in under 3 sec. -3rd&14, Caleb shows talent on conversion -1st&10 (:38 in 4th), Caleb had Kmet wide open over the middle for 10+ but holds it for 3.5 sec before getting pressured and throws it away -2nd&10, Caleb gets upset over calling TO but the coach saved him from a delay of game. No one was set with less than 2 seconds left. On the actual play, it was a great throw and WR choice. Rome should have turned for back shoulder not over the shoulder -3rd&10, bad accuracy and choice throwing into triple coverage. 3 man route on max-pro but Allen had 1on1 -4th&10, DJ beat his guy for game winning TD but Caleb held it too long on a know free runner play. Hit as he threw

They showed at least five plays in the first half where CW had an open receiver but held on to the ball to double check Allen. That is bad coaching. He gotta learn to throw to who is open not just to one target. I think he been hit so much now, he has fallen to that security blanket too much in Allen. who may not be here next season anyway

Why does every Bears player need help to play well? Aren’t actual good players the help? Sick of hearing that excuse. At this rate the Bears need to play 22 on each side of the ball for anyone to play up to expectations

The problem is firing everyone every three years will do nothing but keep the team constantly rebuilding. I'm frustrated too, but it would be nice to get off the merry go round.

Thomas brown couldn’t do anything but call the same plays they’ve been running all season long cause he’s got THREE jobs now! You fire the HC, OC and DC (shady) in a season and expect what??? Preach Bro. Trenches are EVERYTHING! Controlling the line of scrimmage. On offense you can do anything you want even with subpar skill position players. On defense you disrupt all of the opposition's plays and strengthen the back end. Said it before, Poles has a psychological problem in that he keeps drafting himself! Get over it bro and get some REAL talent in here in the trenches. This is NOT rocket science.

Everyone needs to go. There hasn't been enough progress since Poles/Warren came in. McCaskey needs to go, too. But we all know that isn't happening. So at least we need to get better management and coaching. We need to draft/sign good players, and those players need to get developed. The people in the Bears' office aren't getting it done.

I would like to see some discussion about potential GM's. There are a lot of people who are working in the league with GM skills we don't know about because they work behind the scenes. I think this is a desirable situation with having Caleb, draft picks, and cap space.

Warren isn't going anywhere but Poles is 50/50. I like the idea of interviewing everyone but at the end of the day they need to hire Ben Johnson. On a different note, whats your thoughts on the GB game? Should they sit Caleb or actually play the starters because its GB ? Personally i think they should play the starters and do their best to beat GB. Da Bears should always try to beat GB even in a game that means nothing but a win would go a LONG way.

Man this is just sad all the way around. I’m not sure what the path onward is but this ain’t it. Caleb has issues passing up the check downs to make a big play and the oline can’t hold up. Defense can’t get to the QB, secondary is the best part of this team and it’s not healthy.

I don’t agree with firing poles. He built a great roster, yes the trenches have been neglected but what do we think is going to happen this off season? Poles obviously has misses duh. Who doesn’t? He’s lead this team to one of the most talented rosters we’ve had. Everyone else does have to go.
