Poles decided that they were all set. He made no effort to fix the O Line, the pass rush, to sign or draft a real RB... He also decided that Caleb Williams was the guy he saw on his highlight reels and did not even scout him. He would not even meet with the QB that won the Heisman, but he did meet with Tulane backup QB Quincy Patterson who was not drafted or signed by any NFL team and is now with the Massachusetts Pirates of the Indoor Football League. Ryan Poles took the easy ways out. He kept the bad coach, and instead of building the team around Fields with draftbdraft capital, he chose to let the media and the fan base force him to draft Caleb. Also, instead of drafting the best qb in the draft, he again buckled to the media and took Fields over Jayden. He hasn't had the courage to stand up to the media and fan base to make a decision. He has to go.
