Cannot technically say that I had "fun" , though I actually did! Ok, that's contradictory 😂I was huffing and puffing and just trying to keep up 😁 But the sense of achievement at the end of it was exhilarating 🌟 Thank you, seems too small a phrase for all your perfect classes ,Katja 🙏 But still nothing else sums it up as, Thank you 💗

🙏😊🙏 Ideally you practice every day a little bit, even 10mins a day will all add up eventually. if you have more time, you could aim for 3-4 times to fit in 30 mins sessions to feel quicker progress...
