What a little house! Smaller than most garages around here. They must not pay their firefighters much.

Michael I have a lot of respect for you, but don't say a trial is a "good one" because these are real people and you know that. I think most of us with no connection to these victims or places or times, watch these trials and we agree they're interesting and they're "good" , but I would never say that out of respect for the victims' families. 🤔

I notice a lot of KZbinrs do this. Not only is it their prime income source, I think they become desensitized after covering so many murder cases for the almighty $$

It appears to be an inaccurate jump for the detective to claim he's even ABSOLUTELY sure that his feeling is that the defendant conspired with the alleged gunman... as a feeling itself can't be reassured to an absolute degree (such the degree as having these two defendant's being recorded on camera or audio to have conspired for example). It sounded like the detective just got finished telling Elizabeth's defense attorney that he up to even purely speculated a conspiracy taking place regarding a specific phone call itself, made between these two defendant's. That all said though, it's obviously important for a detective to if anything... underate their speculated degree of the defendant's guilt, being that preserving the defendant's right to a fair trial is the only thing of upmost importance... or seemingly should be. Lastly, that's the first time I've EVER bluntly heard an attorney ask someone on the stand what THEIR personal opinion is of the defendant'sinnocence or guilt. Usually, anyone testifying just verbally unloads whatever they have for the defendant's trial case, in order for the jury to secondly entirely base their decision independently. Although an expert might be asked if they believe a defendant was correct at the time when they committed an attack in the event of such as an insanity plea, but that's as close as I've seen to what was asked of this detective (in order for the jury to be influenced by a thirteenth input on top of the 12 official one's). That at least seems closer to "interference-fluence" anyways.

1. Knowing all the facts to this case you would also say she is guilty. His family and friends knew it after it happened. Robbie and her were married only 6 months. Robbie knew she was cheating on him and the letter he wrote her is in evidence. Who even thinks about a pension 12 hours after your husband was murdered. I, and his friends and family were in shock.

@@irmawilliams1180 Thanks for informing me on a couple or so alleged issues surrounding this case.. However, thought I read a statistic a long time ago that said over 60% of marriages in America end up in divorce. That said, it wouldn't be surprising if some of these marriages (at least here and there anyways) happen to even go to the extent of both becoming sour and very early in addition... Regardless of whatever suspicion surrounding the defendant though, the lead detective of pretty much all people...should uphold reassuring the presumption of innocence on the basis of the benefit of the doubt.
