@@likmeanus1996 If you think the most expensive brand is the one thats best then you have no idea about how machines work mate. Arsenal is okayish as a brand and even the good stuff that they produce is mostly accidental. In terms of resistance profile of machines they aren't really that good. He used Arsenal because he works with arsenal which is fair and I am not saying its not a good gym by any means. Im just saying that from a pure equipment selection I feel like pure muscle and fitness is better because those guys aren't related with any brand like flex is with arsenal
