I have gotten off of blood pressure , cholesterol and triglyceride medication and have no negative effects. I did it slowly. My advice is to never begin the regimens in the first place. I always schedule medical appointments early in the day and fast from dinner of the previous day and this makes for a more accurate reading of my blood work.

Thank you for this video. I have made a couple doctors mad at me because I refuse to take any BP meds. I’ve had multiple test and my heart, veins, etc are fine and they have no idea why my BP sometimes is high. It can vary from 212/117 to 127/76. I am active, slim, eat healthy and haven’t seen a Dr for over 25 years. I do not get sick. But woke up with extremely high BP one day so have been on a journey to find out why. In my mind there is ALWAYS a reason for a malfunction in the body. I mentioned to them that I DO NOT want to just cover it up with their meds, I want to find out why and correct it naturally. I have changed a couple things like making sure my electrolytes are balanced which were very slightly off, no packaged foods; which once in a great while I did, stress is under control, etc. I did start taking Magnesium Glycinate at night which has helped my terrible sleep get better. I am back on a strict Daniel diet that I add fish, chicken and red meat; grass fed/organic. I look forward to taking the Sea Moss and the Krill oil. 🙏🏼💕 (I am almost 63)

My BP had been spiking (systolic only) since around 2007. I’m 66 now. I, too, refused meds for the same reasons as you. Docs weren’t interested in investigating and I couldn’t afford tests independently. But have always eaten healthily and been physically active etc. Had an eye exam in April 2023 and no damage from high BP detected. A couple of months later, I had an ischaemic stroke. It was a very hot day, I was working at my physical job and was dehydrated, about to get a glass of water but never made it to the tap. The docs don’t know why I had a stroke. Lipid profile is fine, heart is fine. Not insulin resistant. I don’t regret not taking BP meds - they might ‘manage’ BP but stroke risk increases , I’m guessing because of the way they interfere with natural bodily processes. I’m taking meds now but refused statins and have recently stopped anteplatelet meds since discovering the absolute risk reduction of secondary stroke is only between 0.9%-1.9% yet the risk of acute or fatal bleeding is considerably higher. Now seriously looking into managing BP naturally. I hate putting pharma poison into my body.

ABSOLUTELY WHEN THEY CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT THEY WANNA PUT YOU ON PHARMACEUTICALS. I KNOCKED HEADS WITH MY UROLOGIST AND HE GOT VERY VERY INDIGNANT WITH ME SO I WILL BE FINDING A NEW ONE. HE COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHERE THE INFLAMMATION WAS COMING FROM THAT'S AFFECTING MY PROSTATE. And he wanted to keep me on a certain medication, which I completely stopped a while ago. SO I DID MY OWN RESEARCH AND FIGURED IT OUT. Thank God for the Internet lol

Watched your YT video a few weeks ago Nathan and glad I did. After having kidney stones in September of last year and passing them in December, I checked my BP, and it was 150/90 (Jan 2024). Between Sep and Dec, I stopped exercising, ate ramen noodles and potato chips. I know, it's the worst thing I could have done. So, I called my doctor in Jan, and he prescribed another BP medication on top of my Losartan/ HCTC. I too love my doctor, but he didn't call me and ask any questions or warn me against taking another med. Starting in February of this year, I didn't take the additional BP med, continued the Losartan/ HCTC, went back to the gym 3 x a week, run 3.5 miles 3 x a week, and swim on Thursdays 1.5 miles in 1 hour. After watching your video, I started taking the two Krill oil capsules you recommended. My average BP for the last six weeks is 121/71. I measure my BP in the a.m. and at night. I also take it after a run, and it can be as low as 102/58. This is with taking half of my Losartan/ HCTC, which I will continue doing for another few weeks until I feel comfortable to stop taking it. My "normal" BP was around 140/ 83 throughout most of my life. I truly believe the Krill oil supplement is what is keeping me in the "Green Zone". I can't thank you enough for bringing this to the public. Super stoked your exam went well for you!

Teach me how to exercise with high bp please. You can stop losartan with your bp that low. Get a pulse oximeter to make sure your oxygen isn't going too low when lying down. Mine goes borderline with my bp that low. But with you exercising it could be that you are just very fit now.

I am almost 67 years old and I resist all medications. The only one I will accept is Metformin, but i take it at half the "recommended dose". I also refuse to take cholesterol-lowering medications. More and more studies are showing 'elevated' cholesterol is very important to brain health and cognitive function as you get older. My husband on the other hand, sees his prescriptions like ribbons on his chest. The more he gets, the higher rank he achieves. Thankfully in the last few years he has started to listen to me and have frank discussions with his doctor about his prescriptions. The whole situation is aggravated by the AMA reducing 'acceptable' blood pressure and cholesterol levels, forcing more people getting on the meds by well-intentioned physicians.

Went to my doctor a couple weeks ago asked to be removed from my meds she said no it’s hereditary. I’m so upset. My BP at home has been very normal for more than 7 months and she won’t remove me from my medicine. I completely changed my diet so I can’t speak to what you’re doing but the fact that the doctor still won’t take me off my meds is upsetting. I’m glad you got off yours.

Never taken blood pressure meds before. I have high BP I inherited from my mother. A typical reading for me is 177 over 117. Today is Friday. Wednesday, I cut carbs, sweets, and beer out. Been eating meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables and taking a hour walk at night. Yesterday, morning, my Krill oil and sea moss arrived and I took it immediately. Been 2 days on diet, walking, krill oil and sea moss. Just came in from my walk at 10 pm. Sat down for 5 minutes and took my blood pressure. 129 over 87. Can’t remember the last time it was that low. Never thought the guy that I look to for advice on my ‘97 Z3 would be my new health guru. Thanks Nathan. I can’t believe the difference. I sound like one of those fake infomercial testimonies, but I assure you that I’m not. Just a 53 yr old dad from the Midwest with a bmw, high BP, and who could lose 40 lbs. I take 3 krill capsules in the morning. I took 3 just after dinner and before my walk. So far, so good.

Hemp oil contains both EFA's (alpha linolenic and linoleic acids). It works better than krill oil. You only need ~1 teaspoon a day to improve your health. If you test your lipid profile you'll see it improves. You can dial in the dose more precisely if you do a couple of repeat tests. 🙂

Interclinical do HTMA's. Their reports are easy to read and thus contextualise. Plus they include suggestions on what to do. However, many other companies do testing. Depending on where you are you may find other companies are more appropriate. Do a google search on "hair mineral analysis".

I hate taking medicine at all (for anything). There are a couple of medicines that I need to take but I want off of them. And it would be great if we could all find supplements for what we need because I don't trust the 'purity' of the medicines these days plus there are already shortages and since almost ALL of it is made in China (and India) ... it's worrisome.

That botanify supplement can be good for many ailments. I would take it for my thyroid condition, except i can’t have ashwagandha…. Which they seem to put with sea moss and bladderwrack a lot. It’s a bit frustrating. Ashwagandha is a night shade so not everyone can tolerate it. The rest of the ingredients are great. Imo

When you say iron, are you referring to Hemoglobin or Ferritin (iron reserves)? It’s very important to pay attention to Ferritin levels as well! Normal hemoglobin (Hb) level varies by age and gender, and is usually expressed in grams per deciliter (g/dL) of blood: Men: 13.5-17.5 g/dL Women: 12.0-15.5 g/dL The normal value ranges for blood ferritin are: Male: 30 to 400 nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) Female: 13 to 150 ng/mL.

first i bought the krill pills they were all stuck together... could not get them out of the bottle if my life depended on it. so amazon sending refund. FYI amazon in their infinite wisdom is now randomly generating passwords for delivery. so if you or the receiver does not provide the password that is emailed to you about an hour before the delivery the driver will leave the package! back to BP. i cant test the krill pills as per above. BUT i did find out something in the past few days. elevation affects BP im in the high desert about 2K above sea level and my norm BP is around 140/90 ish on pills and beet juice and tumeric, if just pills my BP shoots above 170/115. when visiting west coast beach area my friend checked my BP through out the couple days, 127/73 was the highest, 116/67 was the lowest. WTF i thought.... but her friend is a nurse and told us yeah elevation will increase your BP. this explains why going to the mountains i feel so crappy at 8K feet.

Iron supplements do more harm than good. And you need to be careful with trying to get enough iron from liver without ending up having a vitamin A toxicity. Liver really should be a once-a-week thing at most because it's so high in vitamin a. Maybe check into how you can support your liver function and find out where your absorption problem is so you don't need to supplement with iron

There is one reason why you could be having absorption problems with iron. It could be a nickel problem. Nickel will block The receptors of iron because the two metals are so similar. I myself suffer from a severe nickel sensitivity and have suffered in the past from anemia due to it. At this point it has accumulated and I am so sensitive to Nickel that I need to eat a special low nickel diet created by Department of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania created just for that purpose.

Something else you might want to consider adding to your supplement regime is combining K2 and D3 together. They work together along with a meal containing fat in the morning to boost your energy. Another thing is investigate whether you might benefit on the mental health Side by taking melatonin along with potassium and magnesium at night. They also help with blood pressure issues. Many people that have blood pressure issues also have mineral deficiencies. These minerals regulate the contraction and relaxation of your blood vessels and reduce stress related muscular pain and cramps.
@decolonizeEverywhere
@decolonizeEverywhere 24 күн бұрын
My doctor explained to me that I should think of K2 and D3 as wake up hormones and melatonin with potassium and magnesium as go to sleep hormones. If these two things are in Balance then you don't have the extremes that keep you awake at night and keep you tired during the day.
