While some reviewers get factory cars you network allows this and this I believe is a novel approach to bringing cars to a channel. I’ve enjoyed the diversity. And recently the quality of your video and the frame up (like that drone shot of truck and trailer as you move view sideways behind truck in a crossing motion was cinematic my friend. What shots you could get with cars in Colorado! Still think crossing the continental divide outside of Estes park hasn’t been done officially. I somehow just got a '21 C8 fully spec'd!!! I used what I learned in one of the videos on this channel and requested quotes and getting on waiting lists of smaller Corvette Dealers. I was in the 800's on Kerbeck's list. Ended up getting a call from a small local dealer last week who only sold 5 in 2020 and 7 (including this one) in '21. I'm also #1 on their waiting list for the Z06, whenever it comes out. Thank you for the advice and great content!

Great video. I was surprised not to see the Callaway "Double D" exhaust on your Z06. I have a 2017 Special Edition Callaway Z06 and the double D exhaust, along with Callaway's short throw shifter (one of the best shifters I've ever had in a manual car and I've had a bunch!) and many other modifications. From what I can see you have all the other mods offered with this special edition.

Glad to see Pete carrying on what Reeves Callaway started decades ago. The changes they make though…bigger blower with better intercooler bricks with a shaker hood, outboard mounted heat exchangers for the intercoolers, undertray front splitter, giant rear wing? Yeah…how is that not just the same thing as a ZR1 at that point?! Lol. Anyways. What was the noise limit on this day? I’m going to Laguna next month for a 105db day. Hoping to not get meatball flagged.

I would wait for the roadster for a track car, not because the S Plaid isn't fast (it's monstrously fast) but it's a bit heavy and numb. The Roadster on the other hand should be significantly lighter and with more favorable aero, with an equivalent drivetrain. Superchargers at the track is a great idea, and would further motorsport acceptance of tesla, imo.

It's a very limited edition that was probably sold out before any were built. So as the old saying goes, "If you have to ask, you probably can't afford it." Maybe in ten years you might find a wrecked or well worn one for $250k.

Cars are selling, new msrp, for $130k for the sc757 package, the 25th anniversary has a lot of little tweaks and touches the standard sc757 doesn't come with, so I'm sure it's more, but I couldn't find examples for sale. Would estimate brand new it's in the 155 range. Take this with a grain of salt, as I have no data on the anniversary edition, just an educated-uneducated guess.

*bolt-in… it can be removed with some hand tools. There are bonded and riveted-in gussets which the bar attaches to. We call it a harness bar/chassis-stiffening bar.

Those cars are seriously detuned. Haven't seen one callaway make anywhere close to hp it claims to be.
