Amazing city and wonderful people! Peace be upon you, Ron!❤ That coffee looked STRONG! It was very generous of you to emphasize the safety aspect of an American walking those streets. Your country is supplying the weapons of a horrific Genocide taking place "next door," but the population doesn't hold you personally responsible. What wonderful people!

Thanks Jack. Pleasant hospitable people at every turn in Egypt. If only fake and false information didn't pervade society in this Misinformation Age!

My son (19) and I just got back from Egypt. Father son trip. Wow.... amazing place. People are really having a rough time, especially with the EGP at 50 to one dollar. Great food, nice people, insane history. but... traffic is insane, constant people trying to sell you stuff... non-stop.. that aspect became a real put-off but I get it... No issues with crime, tons of police everywhere and so cheap to visit once you absorb the airfare. I would say it's a great and fascinating place to visit. 3 days in Cairo, 3 days in Luxor, maybe hit Alexandria for a day. nice video ! thanks :) The war has decimated tourism which makes it easy to visit the main tourist sites.

Hey, so glad you and your son had a great time. You're so right about how the war has done a number on tourism across the entire Middle East. I feel for the folks who depend on tourism, even the touts that drive one crazy. They're people doing what they have to do to survive. Glad you're enjoying the videos.

Do you prefer Cairo or Alexandria?

Hi Vivid. It depends. They're very different. I think of them as different flavors. One I might prefer one day; the other the next.

@@OUTBOUNDWITHRON which did you enjoy the most
@OUTBOUNDWITHRON4 ай бұрын
@@Vivid_200s I honestly can't say. I enjoyed them both. Are you trying to decide which of the two to visit assuming that you can only visit one? If so, I recommend Cairo (especially if you've never been there) only because Cairo is so essential to an experience in Egypt, it being THE major city of the country.

@@OUTBOUNDWITHRON Ive been to both and Cairo is too busy and overcrowded, Alexandria is more calm and cooler in weather term
