A few top tier powerlifters had their cycles leaked and they would probably ☠️ some bodybuilders in a few years. Most professionals at the highest levels are on gear too

I live in Sweden. Surströmming is a Swedish product. Many years ago I worked at the distribution center for one of the largest grocery stores in Sweden. Every year when June came around we would start shipping out tons and tons of it to stores all over the country (you eat it at Midsommar around 25th June). There was so much of it that we’d use forklift trucks to move the pallets around. On a couple of occasions, some idiot would maneuver the forklift too sloppy and drop a pallet on the concrete floor and the glass tins of surströmming would break open, leaving the smelly juices running all over the floor. As you can imagine this caused utter chaos in the warehouse, people would treat that guy like a terrorist who threatened the safety of all employees. Some threw up, some cried, some even left and reported sick. Some memories 😂

I am very blessed when it comes to the partner topic. My partner has never played any sport at any level but helps me 1000% with my bodybuilding. She is very selfless and makes sure I'm on point at all times. To the extent that when I get a new diet from my coach I don't even have to read it. I send it straight to her and she preps everything right down to the tee

Yes, Surströmming is from Sweden, also am I. Now days people rarely eat this fish here, like no one under 60years old does, if you do, it´s at a traditional suströmmings evening in the end of summer. My grandma and father eats it every year, so a pro tip is- go like 50m out in the forest, open the can in a bucket of water, rinse of the fish under water, throw the water away. Then bring it home and eat it outdoor on a flat bread with potato, union and sour cream, then you must have " a nubbe" to drink (small glas of vodka) cheers! / Robbin

100% agree with Fouads opinion on Brandon. This dude literally won the O, then battled for the win 2 years in a row and last year he only placed 4th because he wasn’t quite conditioned. It discusses me when I see predictions from guys that don’t even have him in their Top 10! Brandon doesn’t show any signs of aging or losing muscle and honestly in his updates he looks better than ever imo. I think he can win this if he comes in at 100%

I ate the pizza with ice cream on it. My friend gave me the idea, which i later learned he got from a Scooby Doo cartoon. I was hesitant so first i bit the pizza (little caesars - pepperoni) and ate a spoon of frozen vanilla yogurt. It was good so i put a small scoop at the end of the slice and bit both at once. By the end of it, i was using the crust to wipe the melted ice cream off my plate like a sponge to eat.

My girlfriend and I just competed at the Golden Prairie Cup that Paul judged. She had competed before and I hadn't, and even still, she was shell shocked at how selfish I became during prep, and I'm still making up for it 3 weeks later. She wasn't ready for just how competitive I am and we have a very different approach to prep. She wants to go out and do things to take her mind off of prep, I want to sit my ass at home and do absolutely nothing cause I'm hungry and miserable. It's something that even competitors can't understand sometimes

Curry played the size game last year because he thought he had to to beat Ramy. In hindsight it was obviously a mistake but if Curry came in shape last year, Weinberger would have gave him the title because Hadi wasnt his shedded usual self and Derek wasn't ready to win the open. Curry would be going into this Olympia as the champ. Judges love Curry. Imop they'll probably give Derek the win this year and Curry will be 2nd. Hadi 3rd Samson 4th Nick 5th
