First Start up with the new 200a Singer High Output Alternator in my 96 Subaru Legacy

In the last video I cleaned my xs power d3400, toolmaker battery terminals and skyhighcaraudio 1/0 lugs. In this video I hook up all the wires and get it started for the very first time! I'm very impressed with this singer alternator so far

Dam wish my singer sat at 15.2 I barely see 14. 5 on my 240.. it’s been hot here in the south and the other day my car was at 13.8 at the front battery when I’m normally 14.2-14.4 .. I also recently started dropping to 12.8 on some songs and I only have 3500 W RMS system

Is this 200a altenator enough for a 1500 watt system and one good battery? 2010 accord v6

Sterling Bass yeah man for sure! I recommend doing the big 3! 200a x 14.4v = 2880 watts. Now that would be in a perfect world with 100% efficiency. But either way it should work great!

How much power do you put out on your system? Im doing a build with 2x 18" 2500Rms each and 1300rms for front system. Car has 140Amp Altenator and going to use 3 80Ah AGM batteries. Should i get a bigger alternator? Dont think i will be playing on full power allthe time so maybe 33% of the power.

Tazk Photography I’m running a nendo 3500 @1ohm and 2 sundown x15v1s and lemme tell ya once you get a good alt you’ll feel so much better but a 140 is good for now man keep in mind my factory alt was a 80amp

Thanks :) Just worried my 450Amps would completly overwork my alternator and drain my batteries

Oh and another question, Where did you get those battery terminals? Machined urself or bought? :)

Tazk Photography I bought them from toolmaker metalworks like 3 years ago but I plan on machining my own for the rear maybe I’m not sure haha it might just be easier to buy them
