The teleporter isnt working cause it need to be connected to another teleporter via wires... basically redstone... But in terraria wires can both be simple and complex for example it can easily be a teleporter connected to a teleporter or as complex as a player that managed to make a working computer inside Terraria using the game's wiring system.

Some tips for now Buy rocket boots from the goblin, it will make your life way better Look in the sky for islands as they contain some of the best accessories you can get at this stage Buy the tinkers workshop from the goblin to combine accessories Talk to the guide, go to crafting and put your blood butcher in the slot (it will show you somthing to work towards) Craft a deathbringer pickaxe (using tissue samples and crimtane)

The Staff of Regrowth is incredible for harvesting ingredients to make potions with. If you wind up playing on higher difficulties, i.e. Master Mode, potion making is essential for your survival. Congratulations on your first Dead Man's Chest. Removing the Ankh Shield and keeping the Magic Carpet was painful. 🤣 Nicely done on the Queen Bee!

the bee Armor is for the summoning class it has less defence but gives better offensive stats for summon damage (more like a glass cannon) less defence is not = bad

In the progression line, queen bee goes before skeletron, that’s why you found it underwhelming. You can add a bottle of honey to the guide’s recipe guide and get the queen bee’s summoning item, then fight it again ( in the underground jungle or it will get enraged )to get the bees knees, a powerful bow that turns normal arrows into bees. It has a 1/4 chance of dropping and will be very useful against future enemies. Next on the boss list should be Deerclops in the snow biome but most players usually skip him since he’s not necessary to the overall progresion. His drops, however, are great and I advise you to fight him in order to get the full terraria experience. As for the teleporters, a wrench, lots of wire and 3 second timers or levers can be bought by the mechanic (ginger girl you found in the dungeon). You can connect them with wires using the wrench similiarly to how redstone works in minecraft (make sure to connect all of the 4 components together). The wire goes through blocks and is invisible unless a wrench is held. Anyways, great video man, I’ve been enjoying these more and more. Good luck!

Hello Unicorn You need to find the goblin tinker with spelunker potion (thet makes it shine green) Made with blinkroot, moonglow and gold or platinum ore. He appears in the caves or the skeleton dungeon Ps:(the Golden key is for the chests in there) You must Buy the rocket Boost and the tinkerer workshop who lets fuse accessories and weapons like the rocket boots and the Hermes Boost. Every accessories who have write, material can be upgrade combined like You Spike boots with the Spike claw to SEE what You need, give the accessory to the guide. In the minute 7:36 there is water on top the lava, it just breaks the ground You put, and Make a Big hole in the roof for obsidian, then make the obsidian skull who give fire defense and fuse with you cobalt shield. Ps: Make 2 skulls because the boots continue to improve and at one they need a skull.

5:01 you need a few things to get it to work 2x switches 1x red wrench and lots of wire what you do is connect the teleporters with the wire using the wrench and make sure the wire is touching the switches and put one at each teleporter and when you use it you will teleport to the other if you miss place a wire use another item called the wire cutter. To make connecting teleporters easier you should get a "grand design" to get it you have to buy every wrench, 60 wires, mechanical lense, and the mechanical ruler thing. They're all bought from the mechanic NPC u found in the dungeon but you also need tinkerers workbench to combine the wrench and to make the grand design, the tinkerers workbench can be bought from the goblin tinkerer NPC which you get from defeating a goblin army invasion and finding him underground, trust me the grand design is worth it for wiring

You can combine your accessories at tinkering table (sold from Goblin). Resulting accessory will give effect of all combined accessories, but in one slot. For example, try combining hermes boots with pair of another boots that Goblin sells ;)

crazy world generation, granite biome and marble biome in the same place. They not that special but being so close that's crazy. That granite biome in the future will generate a medusa enemy (0% chance it spawn now, 100% chance it spawns after defeating a certain boss), and medusa has 2.5% chance that it spawn an item. That item is used to be combined with other items to make a super item which would make life easier against enemies. it is Not an item required to finish the game, just quality of life type of item.

wiring system in terraria is like minecraft redstone, however the game make it as easy ad simple as possible, just make a wire connecting the two teleporters no need any shenaningas no repeaters no anything the line can be infinitely long. and then connect the wires to a button. to when you click npcs you see a thing called "happines" if they are happy they sell you a much simpler teleport called pylons pylons no need redstone/wires, but can only teleport you to npc houses. so if you put a npc that like to live underground and he is happy u can have a teleport down there in a underground houses. npcs usually have a biome they prefer to live in, and also a npc they like to live together, and they also hate another npc they tell you everything when you click on the happines button. the only things you get from making then happy is the teleporter and a very small discount. i would not try to make everyone happy becase the insane amount of npcs is going to be hell and take the fun out of the game just like trying to make farms everywhere in minecraft, just make happy only the npcs you like or want the teleporter. also the happines system is designed in a way that is impossible to have everyone happy because they have conflicting npcs they like/don't like, so you are not suposed to try to make then all happy at all, don't try to optmize the fun out of a game like minecraft farms and stuff.

I've played Terraria a lot and some of the mods and stuff. And if allowed to, to give a advice. You know the basics now and u do pretty well. Maybe change ur World to a Master World. You can keep your Character. Between Expert and Master would fit another difficulty and Master just makes more sense. For you and for the viewer. If u wanna try later the Legendary seed or mods like Calamity, Expert do not prepare you. Master is way harder then Expert but not toooo hard. It's a noticable difference but a good one. The game just makes more fun on Master. And your viewer may have a more "fun" time seeing you more dying and trying and preparing for everything. The bosses are just to easy on Expert.

Love his content, but as someone with little short of thousand hours it's very painful to see him playing, not because he does not know how to play but because at this point he understands the concept of the game but keep doing things that are irrational. Some tips, no spoiler and all with information you already have 1 You know NPCs are useless but one or another has 1 item that is life changing, instead of being mad that are in your house, build a housing complex to spawn all possible available NPCS and them move them to new biomes according to their preferences. 2 read the descriptions of new items or at least temporarily favorites them so you can go to guide and see what they do after you are safe. 3 read what NPCs have to say, most talk nonsense, but some have very important info that is all you need 4 Organize your chest and stop using the deposits all to quick stash, if a item does no quick stash is because he is the only one, but that does not mean he is the only one in that category, Put minerals and ores together, put accessories together, blocks together and random items separated, any organization is better than no organization, you should know better than anyone that a single item can be the difference between spending 5 hours doing something or 15 minutes, and the worst feeling ever is searching for an item you already have
