This song, believe it or not is 50 years old. The Doobie Bros. came out with this huge hit in 1972. They recorded this with 5 guitars and two drummers, yet HF used no instruments and is even more electric than the original!

These guys brought it hard yet again!! Those harmonies were as rich and tasty as a Thanksgiving dinner. Tim's bass was beautiful and Austin's lead was perfectly on point. This is simply excellent again!! ❤ I have been a fan of the Doobie Brothers for a long time. This song is just timeless. It still swings. Really something for Home Free. So great sung, so great harmonies, bone-feeling bass, But for me it's Adam who makes it truly phenomenal. He nailed it. The vocal percussion is just inhumane. So unbelievably good. For me the very best beatboxer/vocal percussionist/mouth artist there is. And I haven't even mentioned his appearance yet. He's so handsome. 😍 I do like that he has his hair a bit longer again and then with that bandana on. Love it 🥰 Love Home Free💖

Right off the bat that super high pitch note that your hearing and all through the song is none other than Mr. Adam Rupp The Freak of Nature himself.... when they go to the break to build up the song you can see him mouthing that high-pitch note.. I grew up on classic rock & am a big fan of the Doobie Brothers & had their albums. "Listen To The Music" was a big hit for them back in 1972. Love that Home Free is keeping this great music alive & introducing it to the younger generation. The guys did a really nice job of this song. Austin was great for the lead & loved the background harmonies of Rob, Chance & Tim. Adam killed it on the vocal percussion again. He always comes up with some new & interesting sounds.

Think of it this way the same effects used for the guitars like phasing, echo and reverb were applied to the vocals and the drums I was concerned about live performances but with today's programmable boards maybe not.
