Great reaction and Slipknot is a really deep hole to dive into, but worth it. I'm surprised that nobody suggested "Spit-it-Out" live at download. I've always been a sucker for live performances without all the studio fluff. This is it.

The last song is about losing 2 members of the band. The bassist died in 2010. Then the drummer had medical issues that resulted in his losing function of his legs. He later recovered, but has since passed away. The song reflects on those losses, killing off their old selves as they were and moving forward without them. The video shows this as they die in their own chosen way while wearing the white (old) jumpsuits. The black jumpsuits are new. They also show the two new members in straight jackets and in wheelchairs. Each person chose how they'd "die" in the video, for example Sid the DJ ate his fingers. As a DJ, his hands are like an instrument. Chris (Pinocchio nose) is fearful of birds, so birds pecked him to death. As for suggestions, try Custer, Spit it Out (live at download 2009), Killpop, Sulfur, Nero Forte, and People = Shit (live in London).

9:30 You should definitely see that they have some long ass songs, the shorter ones are just more popular. The long ones are songs like "Iowa", "Scissors", and "Purity" and they are amazing

I forgot how incredible that guitar solo is. Mick Thompson and Jim Root are 2 of the greatest guitarists of all time. Slipknot is a very talented and gifted band. Those who followed their music in the past 25 years know what they are capable of. Most likely because of Corey Taylor. He is a gift from god. Fuckin guy can do anything as heard on this song. He sings the beautiful chorus after pummeling us with the growls and screams of the chorus and bridge. He flows a little too. And all the Stone Sour fans know that he is the goat. Enjoyed your reaction video, kingmil. The more you listen to this phenomenal metal and rock bands, the more you will become addicted to this heavy music. Welcome, brother.

LOOK if you're really curious the lead singer of Slipknot is Corey Taylor but before Slipknot he was lead singer for another band called Stone Sour so LOOK up Stone Sour a notable song by them is called Through The Glass so LOOK them up but yeah Corey himself has a lot of history from two bands and this song could not only reflect thoughts on his own history but also reflect thoughts on real world events

A load of progressive rock/metal bands especially take their time with their music. Two of my favourite bands, meshuggah and Opeth both have songs up to 20 minutes long 😅 and they’re masterpieces.

Duality this video was filmed at a fans parents house. They were told to not destroy the hole house only one part of it wich was the part they they was gonna remodel anyway. Well as you can see they destroy th3 hole house. Slipknot cut them a huge check for the damage. Also there was kid from england who talked his parents to letting him come here. Well when the young kid got here and tried to ge a hotel room they denied him because he wasn't old enough so he explains to slipknot what happened and they got his room for him.
