Soundgarden is one of my favorite bands EVER and the singer, Chris Cornell, was one of the best singers and lyricists to ever grace rock music. He was also the singer of Audioslave and Temple of the Dog. There is so much more to explore with this band. Their songs are very eclectic in style, as well. You might try Outshined and Fell on Black Days in the future to experience the difference their sound can take on.

Seattle's my hometown and I was a teenager in the 90s when all the local bands were hot. Chris Cornell is still my favorite from that era, with Layne Staley from Alice in Chains a close second. Chris' voice still gives me the same goosebumps after all these years. Give a look into more from this band. Outshined, Jesus Christ Pose and Fell on Black Days are a few of my favorites.

This is gonna sound pretty macabre, but after my brother died he visited me in my sleep. He died at a young 57 from a heart attack. He spent his youth in drugs and alcohol and lived a hard life, including schizophrenia. When he visited me in my sleep he was driving a car and I was a passenger. In life he only drove a couple years because of his mental health. In life he looked rough, as you would expect. In the visit he looked perfectly healthy, and had a smile like the people in this video - almost too big. I know he was showing me he was finally happy and healthy. This song always reminds me of him ❤

Another great reaction! Chris Cornell, the singer, and Chester Bennington (Linkin Park) were best friends. Chris Cornell killed himself May of 2017. Tragically, Chester killed himself on Chris’ birthday on July 20, 2017. Two amazing men gone too soon. 💔

Chris Cornell is one of the greatest voices in the history of music. Check out some of his acoustic stuff. He also does some amazing covers. His cover of Billie Jean is definitely a standout. Completely changes the song for me. Chris Cornell has such a huge catalog between his Soundgarden, Audioslave, Temple of the Dog and his solo stuff. Just an incredibly talented and deep artist. Not for nothing, however the symbolism in this video & lyrics get beyond strange when you start to research it & begin to piece things together. Considering the Solar eclipses we've witnessed over the past few years as well as the one coming in April of next year. The path of which will form an X & intersect somewhere in Kansas.
