I totally forgot about the interlude. They wouldn't play that part on the radio half the time. I was in grade school when this was always on the radio and I loved it. It was in the same musical sound family as two of my other favorites (because they were just different) - ELO and Alan Parsons Project

SWEET was considered "Glam Rock" back in the 70s and often compared to QUEEN. As for the BASS part that sounds like "Rock With You" by MJ this Song came out years before that. Great Reaction !

Lpve is like oxygen - You get too much you get too high, Not enough and you're gonna die, Love gets you high. One of my favorite bands from the 70s. Brings back memories of my first girlfriend in 9th and 10th grade, and this got played a lot, both on the radio and when we were spinning records, which we did a lot. Hard Rock / Glam Rock. If you want to get a range for what they were like coming out of the late sixties and then through the 70s, through when this came out in the late seventies, there are three other hits that are all incredible, and I bet you'd like them. In chronological order from the late 60s to the early to mid 70s, and again, Love Is Like Oxygen in the light 70s: Little Willie Won't Go Home Fox On The Run Ballroom Blitz

Ace, I have a recommendation for you but not for the channel because it will get blocked. But sometime whet a have a bit of time to spare find the album version of the song In the lap of the gods by the Alan Parsons Project, album Pyramid. Put on your headphones, kick back, relax and just listen. I think you will enjoy it. And if you like it, give the whole album a try. One of the best ever in my book.
