4 hour road trip, created with InShot A few issues along the way. At least the video is horizontal. Haha

Nice choice on your pick up purchase. Going big on the battery is the way to go for the most road tripping options. Enjoy your new truck.

Thanks for the info. Ive been watching videos on this truck and the info software does seem to be a nightmare. Bad design/layout and lots of freezing and speradic missing "close" buttons. Service, I saw the light bell? Perhaps a software update for the info screen?

I will refer you to the owners manual, If it’s not true, why is it in there?

@@EugeneHaley-w9w Based on my experience, I think it is an error on GM’s part. I reads like it came from an ICE vehicle. They forgot to remove it.

Odd how people like the truck in person, but yet are “against EVs”. What the heck does that even mean? People like most of the features over what they have now, so, more than a gas car, but then when you say it’s electric they all: ack, ew! No way, “I hate EVs!” They’re all for: lower maintenance, much cheaper to fill up, convenience of filling up at home…but they hate EVs. Sure buddy, you “hate” EVs, but love the convenience of having a gas station at your house, less likely to catch fire, less maintenance, and 90% lower cost per mile. 😉

Do the Brake lights Light when the regen is used? I have rented the truck and it regened very hard but I was concerned about someone behind me hitting the quick deceleration.
@aaronbounds133619 күн бұрын
It does. NHTSA has rules for rate of deceleration and brake lights coming on.

Can you please share more info on the lane keep and adaptive cruise control? Does it follow the car in front of you and does it keep you in your lane, or is it bouncing you off of the lane markings?
@rustyhardison95304 ай бұрын
@@johnkhalil9831 Lane keep assist bounces me off the lane markings. Not lane centering. Only somewhat useful in my opinion. Adaptive cruise is great. Follows car ahead and adjusts speed to match.

According to the owners manual, this Ev wt has substandard plugs. Page 102 reveals that the outlets only put out 400 watts, far less than what’s required for most job site power tools. I found this out by accident after the sale. I complained. I want, and expected standard plugs in my WORK TRUCK. I asked if this could be fixed, no reply. I asked why important information like this was not disclosed, no response. Is this Chevys idea of a “surprise” for customers after purchase? I asked victory Chevrolet for my money back. No, so far. I believe withholding pertinent facts like this constitutes fraud. So if you can’t afford the RST, DONT buy this thing. You’ll be stuck with it just like I am. It’s disturbing how far company policy has strayed from honesty and integrity.

@@EugeneHaley-w9w You have a faulty part or something else is wrong. All my 120V plugs provide 2,400 watts (20 amps). Plenty of power to run tools. I have used it and it works well.
@rustyhardison95308 күн бұрын
@@EugeneHaley-w9w I see what you mean about page 102. That must be a mistake on GM’s part. The plugs are rated 20 amp.
