Can you add at the end in general what the normal diagnosis/treatment would be? Even if it's something as simple as 6 weeks rest

6 weeks non weight bearing in cast. Remove cast in 6 weeks. If still pain with weight bearing, repeat mri. If fracture not healing consider surgery or external bone stimulator use and continue non weight bearing

Since I do not treat I am not the best person to discuss the appropriate treatment options. But I do have a pretty good idea as a physician and radiologists, so I will try to do that more. Thank you so much for watching and for your advice!
