I went fishing 2 days ago, I've been wanting some fresh fish, I had to drive about a hour to get out of the snow. I went to one of my favorite spots because the fish are huge. It's where 3 rivers meet up and merge into 1 river, there's a hole that's about 300-400 ft deep and it's called a lake even tho it's a confluence. I caught a 23 inch trout and 2 other 20 inch trout, but I had to release them all because they were too small to keep.

looks absolutely amazing, you’re a great chef and outdoorsman and its inspired me to go out and try it for myself too, great work. also though not traditional, i tie up my cilantro stems and toss them in the broth in the final cooking stages to get the nice fresh flavor and aroma, try it out next time :)
