There’s just something about the crackle and smell of a camp fire cold beer , good food and sharing it with your best friend 👍🏼

100%. I was only able to go camping three times in 2021 and due to CA fire restrictions, we made the best of it with cold beer, good food with friends. Would have leveled that up with a camp fire though.

Taku, been watching for about a year now.. just wanted to say I really appreciate what an eco-conscious outdoorsman you are. you have great respect for our oceans and wilderness, you only harvest what you will consume, and you always stay updated on fishing/harvesting regulations. Keep up the great work and have a great 2022👍

We're planning to retire in the near future and we're thinking about doing exactly what you're doing minus the KZbin channel. Keep on inspiring us with your videos. One day, hopefully we'll be able to do the same. ✌️✌️✌️

Usually I fast forward through ads.. but I will say this one hits a little closer to home... My youngest daughter was born with cerebral palsy, and finding shoes/boots that don't wear out when she's fully geared up in her ankle braces and is dragging her feet on everything, while being easy to slip over those braces.. well it's basically impossible.. We recently went through a pair of billy shoes in under a week.. while her purple little boots are just now after a year showing a hole in her upper toe area.. I believe the style she uses is no longer in production so my wife ordered a bunch of larger sizes on ebay for the future... but yeah.. I don't comment on sponsors... ever.. but this one.. this one hits home..

Our world has been served a great injustice as of late. Humans taking instead of giving, only focusing on their greed. I recently happened upon yours and Joclyn's vlog, and for a brief time each week I am transferred to a peaceful world of spectacular surroundings, unusual cuisine and bountiful humor. Thank you from a mom who lost her daughter recently to a heartless drunk driver and thought I could never find enjoyment again. I have, even for a short, brief moment.
