Last week we made spicy rice cake and this pairs so well with Tteokbokki so I decided to follow up with this recipe.

@@Toots760 besides minced fish, sometimes there's wheat flour, carrots, onion, and other flavorings. Some come more processed than others 🙂

I am making this now and tteokbokki and gochu bokkeum and eating with store bought mandu (in the tteokbokki, prob sacrilegious but it's soooo good) and have mung bean pancakes from the Korean church fundraiser. And drinking soju with friends. Thanks for the recipe. Gonna be a good winter night with this warm food and soju in my belly

Great recipe! I added some enoki and served it with somyeon to make it a more complete main dish

Hi! Is dried anchovies usually sold in packaged bags or in the fresh food section? I have a korean mart close to my apartment (I’m based in Australia) but I can’t find it in the store and I’m too shy to ask the owner where they put in store😭
