I can feel you on what you are going through as I also had a shoulder injury about 2 years ago and had to do PT for almost 6 months to completely get back to my routine again. My family has a cabin in Northern Minnesota and we tend to coat our filets of fish in melted butter and dropped it on a skillet on the grill, and as it's cooking add some salt, pepper, and herbs and then wrap it in foil. It's a great easy way to cook up north in MN on a lake with Bass/Trout

Ah ha! Just the second of your videos and I now understand the term "crab fishing". Brilliant. Down here, we don't have huge crabs and we fish with cages or nets to catch crabs. Or, my favorite method...rotten chicken on a strong cord, hung off a pier or boat. I love to lay on my stomach and watch the crabs chew on my chicken, and then slowly bring the cord up and catch the crabs in a hand held net. Yum. It would be incredible to catch your gigantic crabs.
