Im still loving the car. I drive careful enough. 😊 Funny how the ones pumping Fisker were the first to get rid of theirs. It really is about self responsibility and managing expectations. Fisker is just more exposed than any other car but all cars have their issues. That said i hope we can make a deal with chase without a buy back. But i will buy one on the cheap regardless if that makes better sense than to keep it financed. Good luck to all the real Fisker heads. Long live the ocean.

When I first test drove a Fisker Ocean in August 2023 the demo vehicle surged forward when I was slowing down and drove over a manhole cover. My FOO continues to experience similar braking on bumpy roads. It can be very scary to be suddenly thrust forward towards the vehicle in front of you.

In most European courts, the legal fees are paid by the looser of the case. Court fees as well as lawyers fees are regulated. The US System, sounds a bit weird to us. - BTW, there are more Fisker owners in Europe than in the US. (Actual owners, not cars at dealers) and ... no one is interested in helping those. They are stranded.

Thanks for the update, Adam! Can’t figure out why someone would become abusive over an issue which they have no control? The amount of time that it takes to sort out all of the issues in a bankruptcy proceeding rather than between parties is an example of gridlock! Fisker as a company may disappear, and with it the shares, but there will be a ‘Fisker 2.0’ in its place.(actually 3.0)The two words, ‘escrow arrangement,’ when they come together shouldn’t be ignored. That means a privately arranged conclusion, so no documentation. The company has demonstrated its resources in arranging private deals with the fleet sale, so here’s your example of how they can make privately conducted arrangements without that anyone knows about it in the bankruptcy proceeding until it’s done deal.

There is a fisker ocean owner on the uk ocean ownrs fb group swears his ocean is the best car in the world with no issues. Yet last week saw five members of the group all announced they had just got rid of theirs because of all the issues and no faith in FOA to fix anything. The same owner continually threw abuse at me for trying to warn people since August last year. Sorry to hear your serious abuse and threats Adam. Glad you carried on! 👍

I would recommend that everyone should expect the worst outcome regarding the settlement but hope for the best. Just keep in mind that if what you are hearing sounds too good to be true that it probably is and I for one will be surprised if anyone is actually happy or satisfied with the results. But, I'm hoping that I'm wrong.

I'm 101% behind you regarding the braking issue. We must accept the fact that there are still bunch of diehard ignorant Fisker fans out there, who sadly gave u those unecessary BS. No matter this brake failure is caused by regen or regular braking, this vehicle is purely hazardous for the public road. I've experienced multiple close calls in rear-ending another car (and once almost hitting a pedestrian), all because the brakes will somehow releases on it's own while my foot was firmly on the brake pedal. I really wanna know if an accident was caused by this malfunction before the recall is done, how is Fisker liable?? This FOO is my daily and I don't have an alternative. Worst car I've ever bought, hands 👎

Chapter 11 liquidation. It’s a deal where Heights has agreed to settle with unsecured creditors. The company is continuing because all of the Oceans that need to be sold to American Lease, and recalls and updates are incomplete. If Chapter 7 starts, these actions become more difficult. That’s the TLDR
