Where are the "bag holders" of yore? I guess at this stage, it would be rubbing salt in the wounds. Still waiting for the commenters to come back to tell Adam he was correct. Many months ago, he issued the challenge that if he was wrong, he would admit it but if he was right, no commenters would come back to admit they were wrong.

Unfortunately he wasn’t right about the timing but he was right about everything. The writing was on the wall long before the shipments date of the car but after the $5k prepayment to skip the line. Skipping the line and the idea that you may lose $5k (FOMO) led to people like Adam doing the marketing for Fisker at a time when it was already failing.

@@Aslash304you did their marketing for them…but there’s no blame to be had. Been educational watching you unwind Fisker’s grift in real time. The most interesting player in the story is the lender who knew bankruptcy was the base case and loan that couldn’t lose and even managed to securitize the whole deal right at the end.

I signed up for this. Have not entered into agreement yet but the attorney's fees are 30% of recovered monies based on the agreement.

I am so glad I sold my FOO, albeit at a significant loss. I currently have a Hyundai IONIQ 6 SEL. That being said I do miss my Ocean. I will be upgrading my SEL to a Limited which will have what I’m missing.
