I've had many requests for this workout, so here it is!
Do enjoy this 30 minute workout featuring all the most popular moves from my IG Pilates Fitball and Wall posts.
If you like to challenge your whole body with extra focus on balance, stability and core you will love this workout!
Ball size guide:
I am 155cm tall and I use a 55cm ball. If you are smaller, go for a 45 cm ball, if you are over 170cm go for a 65cm ball and over 188cm go for a 75cm ball.
