In this PILATES FITBALL wall workout Kristi will show you how using the fitball against the wall can imitate some of those all time favorites done on the Reformer and Cadillac.

You will do your footwork, Spine Stretch Forward, Parakeet and others. Today is all about firing up those glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs (adductors), all the legs down to the feet. The CORE (abs and pelvic floor) will be used to stabilize and center you as you challenge yourself in lifted positions with little stable support. The shoulders, upper back, triceps, and obliques will be used for stability and support. The pecs will be opened and stretched dynamically. You will finish with some beautiful hip and shoulder stretches. This sequence will teach you how to draw into your center for balance and work from your center for control.
