Love these workouts. The pace is unhurried yet the workout is real! The music and counting is hypnotic and calming; a total opposite to all the hyped up yelling and cheering in typical American workout videos.

I'm definitely going to try this. I have tried so many other videos where the pace was too much and there were too many knee raises/knee lifts and too many leg kicks that my leg muscles got more tired than my abs. Thank you. Will try this.

Break into sweat, not totally wipe out, great workout very effective and enjoyable. It does work the entire body really well without burning you out. I feel refreshed and energized after the workout.

...Una ocasión🤔 leí en un comentario lo sorprendida que estaba y decía: "cómo pueden hacer el ejercicio y no reírse o cómo le hacen para no sudar" ... Y cuando duele el ejercicio, uno se ríe y también sudamos, bueno pues mi respuesta personal para mí, es que aquí en mi pueblo los fines de semana comemos o cenamos burritas, pozole, taquitos, pambazos, tamales, tortas, quesadillas, uff 😱😱😱😱!!!! Pero cuando es entre semana, le damos duro al ejercicio 😌para consentirnos nuestros antojitos mexicanos jajaja 😁😋, es nuestra costumbre, y estas chicas no consumen estás cosas como en mi pueblo jeje, ¡¡¡Yo termino bañada en sudor !!! 😰😰😰 Pero muy efectivos los ejercicios de estas bellas mujeres, saluditos a todas y todos los seguidores de nuestra hermosa instructora Jungdayeon 👍🤗

フィギュアロビクスとモムチャンフィットネスを毎日1つずつ日替わりでやっています! トップスに余裕が出てきて嬉しい😆 もう少し筋力つけて、途中でギブアップしちゃったボディーボールにも再挑戦したいです。 たくさん選択肢があって飽きずに続けられています。ありがとうございます。

Son muy buenos ejercicios yo padezco mucho de mala circulación y nervio ciatico y estuve en varios tratamientos y no lograron nada ahora con los ejercicios se me van los dolores...

Love it ! I started last week and had a muscle aches after two sessions! Those exercises looks easy and gracious but they will make you sweat! The slow introduction to every stretch is very good for me .I’m your age and wish to be fit like you . Xx

Se ven tan fáciles pero al hacerlos si se siente el esfuerzo.. pareciera que no requiere de esfuerzo pero son geniales

Gracias por el comentario. Como se basa en el ejercicio muscular, requiere una fuerte resistencia muscular. Si lo pruebas tú mismo, puedes sentirlo Entonces, diviértete haciendo ejercicio ~ ^^

Thank you soooooo much for these excellent stretches!!! I woke up with a sore lower back this morning, so didn't feel like going to the gym this evening. Then found out this new (to me) video clip which is perfect for stretching my lower back and waist line!! Oh, and my lower back did feel much better and relaxed after the workout. Thanks millions!!

Hi There! I underwent PAP Carcinoma surgery and finding it hard to loose weight because of Hormonal imbalances. I become very tired and exhausted often and would not be able to continue a routine. I am finding your workout routines very interesting and doable. Been on these schedules on a 5 day/ week for the past 3 weeks now. Believe that I will see results! Keep up the good work! Gracias por el comentario. Este ejercicio puede entenderse como un ejercicio de cuerpo entero. En el caso del ejercicio S-LINE FIT, puede ver que hace que la línea de la cintura, la línea pélvica y la línea de la espalda sean hermosas. Haga ejercicio de manera constante y tenga un gran cuerpo ~ ^^
