Thank you Larie, great short flow for pregnancy. I noticed that if it doesn't feel good to do updog another option is cat cow pose.

I did this lesson today and although I liked the challenge in some positions, I felt the change of positions or the transition between them to be a bit uncomfortable and rushed. I'm in my second trimester and I've done other lessons in pregnancy yoga series with no trouble. Thanks anyway for the video :)

Love all your prenatal workouts! In my 3rd trimester and have been working out to you for last two trimesters. Great job with balancing challenge and pregnancy ease. I especially like your strength training. One comment: I feel in this day and age it is our duty as women to not perpetuate the patriarchal lens. When teaching yoga to mainly women, especially a prenatal class that is all women, it is a disservice to refer to us as "guys."

I so agree and am actively working on not using that term anymore! I’ve gotten a lot better since filming this. It’s something I did that I was completely unaware of until another user called me out in a different prenatal video 😬🙈 Awesome job momma and keep up the great work! ❤️🔥😘

Larie no one who understands the English language actually cares about this. Please don't stress. "Guys" is just an all encompassing term to refer to more than one person regardless of gender. If a woman is confident in her feminine and womanhood, hearing someone say "Hey guys!" wouldn't offend them. If viewers of your videos become offended at such a common and harmless phrase that's a them problem, not a you problem girl. You can't please everyone and the ones who get upset have their own issues. Stay strong and your videos are awesome!

Is it okay for all trimesfers?
@FitbyLarie4 жыл бұрын
It will depend on each individual. For some, the pace may feel too fast. The cues are also not geared toward the end of pregnancy. As your beautiful belly grows try not to over extend and over stretch this area. As we go into cow, think of opening the chest and same with updog (you could always skip any vinyasa and meet in downdog) This is a flow I taught in-person at 40weeks preggos. Again, everyone is different and unique ❤️ I prefer these a little bit more for all-trimesters kzbin.info/www/bejne/qGa4ZWWdbbKFaac (steady flow) kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqe2nqitn952g5I (power flow) kzbin.info/www/bejne/imeol2CAqZKilZI (vinyasa flow with hip openers) kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5rUe6SAocdpntk (gentle yoga stretch)

Blessings for you! Thanks for sharing. I just recommend to speak less, it's seems a coffee chat, and for the yoga practice we need calm and moments to concentrate and silence.
