All you need is a mat for this gentle and stretchy non-standing full body yoga flow. Today’s focus is to release, lengthen, and to get in tune with what our bodies are feeling. I encourage you to play around and explore your poses. Everyone’s practice will look different. Be sure to ease into the poses. No props are needed, but if you typically include yoga blocks or a strap in yours, you may want one handy. This flow is not a workout. We do not stand or perform a typical vinyasa. Everything will be lying down, on our bellies, or in a kneeling/gentle lunge position. I hope this makes your body feel more free. Let me know how it goes in the comments below 😀❤️
