I was just making up my own trx workouts because I didn't have a TV screen in my workout area. Now that I have a screen I've been following your workouts and loving them! I really appreciate the different variations in times and having total body workouts in 30 minutes because that is often all the time I have during the week. I'm finally getting glute muscles!

So difficult to maintain neutral core for a lot of people, they hinge at the hip.

True! Walking it away from the anchor point and decreasing the load will help everyone maintain a more neutral spine and better form. As people gain strength, walking it closer to the anchor point is a great way to make it more challenging.

The Bulgarians are extremely difficult! Some options: brace a hand on a sturdy object to help with balance and stability. If the foot in the cradle isn’t happening, replace with any lunge/squat variation: reverse lunge, static lunge, squat, pistol squat, bstance squat, etc.
