Grab a mat and ankle weights for this 15 minute ankle weight workout. We will be focusing on the glutes and inner thighs. Every exercise is performed for 60 seconds. Following each exercise we will have 15 seconds to recover and transition into the next exercise. Since the exercises are timed, find a pace and tempo that works for you! We do not have to go at the same speed or hit the same amount of reps. Quality over quantity. Minimal cues are given. (Be sure to keep a neutral spine throughout and do not let the non-working hip sway. See intro of video for full explanation).
