Used this one as an add-on to my another dynamic sculpting flow which was mostly focused on lower body and I felt like working all the parts of my body 😊. Oh, Godness this was BURNING but totally satisfying 😀😀. A nice tortute before breakfast is the best thing to start your morning 😀! Thank you, Larie for another fantastic workout!

I have been following along with your tone and sculpt video playlist and have been enjoying it so far. Just wondering if it is safe for me to do these when I still have at least a one finger ab seperation? Also what will help with my muffin top? I have been following everyone of your videos in your Playlist but have not done much cardio. Should I fast walk everyday on top of your workouts or something else? I am 8 months postpartum and haven't been the most active but active enough. Just expected more weight loss by now. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Ouch! I had to drop from 3lbs to 2 and couldn't stay in the plie due to a hip issue I have, but it was still wonderful.
