Love the "old school" vibe of this one!! Can't believe it's five years old! I have been doing some of the newer workouts, and they are great, but this one...DAYUUMMM!! I had to stop multiple times to get through it. Going to the top of my playlist for sure - my bis and tris are going to look AMAZING this summer!

I would love to know if your arms were fat and you lost weight with doing it 5days a wk or if you had slim arms and it toned up doing it 5 days a wk. Cause I was told to to if every few days not every day. I have fat arms and looking to loose weight and get a nice tone arm. Pls advise. Much appreciated.

Gosh, this is such an efficient and challenging arm workout. I know it's supposed to be lighter weight because it's higher reps but I use 10 lbs in each hand for this to really slay my arm muscles and it works every time. Don't be afraid to use heavier weights to make it more challenging for yourself! Heather, you're the best. Thank you!

Very nice workout I stayed with you since you got right to it without a whole lot of nonsense chit chat I watched , followed, you kept the reps. Which is what following an instructor to exercise is all about. My 58 year old covid 19 arms now feel good I'll definitely do again, thanks !

I love so many of your workouts! I started regularly exercising for the first time a few months ago, and find I actually enjoy it when doing workouts like yours, and that weights don’t have to be scary! I have gradually started to become more toned and lose some weight, so I’m back in the healthy BMI range, and planning to keep it up. Thank you!

I like all your workouts because they are fun, simple to do at home and depending on how strong I feel, I go for a long or short workout, the thing is that i don´t miss working out 3/4 days /week.....besides I run, play tennis and golf.. Thankyou for sharing .

Low-med intensity for me ! Awesome to feel like I got a quick workout in without feeling drained . Used the same dumbbell weight all the way through and loved how we moved through muscles groups relatively quickly and then repeated ! Will def do this again!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I love how she doesn't spend 7 minutes with upfront chatter and when she does the workout she doesn't talk throughout so I can watch the TV and follow along with the text prompts and play my own music.

I really like this workout. Just having a little trouble trying to figure out what weights to use. Just curious how heavy are your weights? I can’t match, just curious. Is it better to use lighter weights and add a third or fourth round or use heavier weights for two rounds. Thanks.

Hi Heather: Just did this arm workout for the first time. Like that you did each set relatively slowly so that I could really follow along. Since this was my first time I only used 3 lb. weights because I wanted to make sure that I could get through it. Next time I’ll use 5 lbs. Also happy because I think you covered every part of the arm. Thank you so much!

Hello from Puerto Rico i just did this workout have to admit I change to 3 pound weight when it came to bend over raise until I get 4 pounds. I am using 5 pound weight thank you
