I’m so glad I found you!! You’re so soothing and make me feel good for taking my time and going slow and learning. This is my third day following one of your beginner videos and afterwards I feel soooooo good!!!!

I get nauseous very easily when working out, which keeps me from exercising as often as I'd like. This, while being challenging, was completely doable for me. Thank you for the video,

at 5 mins the excercises really hurted my lower back.. do you have any idea in what I was doing wrong?

one thing to make sure of is that you have a curve in your spine and your hips are tucked under -- if you're still feeling pain, keep your feet on the floor and hold that position instead!💛
