Gaurav bhai correct if m wrong. 7 ounces of chicken means 200 gms. And 200 gms of chicken has 60 gms of protein and u wrote 35 gms. Also 8 egg whites, 1 egg white has 3.4 gm of protein and 2 egg whites has roughly 5 gms of protein so that makes 40 gma of protein and u wrote only 25.

just a humble suggestion Sir, in Ayurveda, jaggery is of Hot potency. So it should be avoided in summers. A better alternative would be Dhaage waali Mishri (Raw unprocessed sugar crystals), which also carry a lot of nutrients. You can read more about it online with reference to Ayurveda practices :) BTW, great vlogs

Gaurav bhaiya, i love ur vlogs and watch all on your main chanel, sometimes i visit this chanel also. I differ a bit with your opinion. Ab apne compete karna band kardia hai, but still ap itne supplements ku lete hain, sirf protein ku nahi, why do you need even pre workout to stimulate your workout strength? Don't you think you have made yourself too dependent on substances for proper results? But still i truly respect and love the things you do.

Sirf money ki baat nahi, For example, I can afford pre workout but I don't prefer because I'm not competing so I don't want to be dependent on pre workout for energy. Ye sab suppliments ki adat pad jaati hai, islie try karo ki adat na daalo, it's not about money everytime.

i dont get it why to take fish oil and remove yellow part of egg why not to remove fish oil and take whole egg fish oil are prone to rancidfy

Excuse me! I think macro´s in you meals are not written write. How can 7oz of chicken breast have 35 gm´s of proteins. I guess it mush be 60gms minimum. Please help me out.Thanks

Hello sir, i have been following you for a long time and all the tips are useful. i just need to know one thing like u said for muscle gain supplement stack is whey protein, Creatine, Casein and BCAA. post workout we can take whey protein and creatine and casein before sleep but what about BCAA what is the correct time and method for taking BCAA. Please do reply.

One question.. 8 eggs whites means 8×4=32 and 2 whole means 6×2=12 sir 44 hua apne kyo 26 likha....??? Ek egg mein 6 gm protein hota h
