Hi Gaurav, love your videos, great work! Artificial sweeteners may contain carcinogen elements. My protein brand or most of Whey protein brands has Sucralose and Acesulfame K. Whats your opinion on these ingredients?

If you buy low fat paneer in bulk you can easily get 25 grams of pure protein at 26 Rs. in 100 grams of paneer...that too complete protein with good amino acid profile

Sir I am an athlete and I take approx 750-800 grams of carbs everyday and it's very necessary for me as my game is based on explosiveness. But I don't understand why you use such less amount of carbs. They are necessary while doing compound movements and explosive jumps etc

He thinks 200 - 250 gram carbs is enough in bulking which he said in his one video aur isme to uska bhi aadha dikhaya hai actually for athletes you need 8-10 gram carbs per kg wieght and for bulking ie wieght training 4-6 grams is good enough

maine workout karna 1 week pahle hi start kiya hai... I am vegetarian.... and 1 din mein 75 gram protein and 4-5 litre water consume karta hoon... main whey protein ka use bhi nahi karta.... aur,,,,, meri muscle grow ho rhi hai... workout ke baad glucose and water ki requirement sabse jyada hoti hai... jyaadatar fitness channel waale jhoot bolte hai ki workout ke baad whey protein lena jaroori hota hai... apko whey protein ki nahi, balki water, glucose ki jaroorat hoti hai.. maine yeh cheez experience kari hai.... so bata rha hoon,, meri diet mein Roti, chikpeas,soya chunk,quinoa,yogurt, milk jaisi cheeze hai..

Liver only knows proteins.......it doesn't matter where the protein is coming from. The only thing that changes depending on source of protein is digestion or absorption rate.

Its a pure vegetarian diet ... no bakwass and a kadwa sach that if you don’t afford supplements and a vegetarian you can be fit but not gain muscle...👍👍👍👍

Muscles have the separations so we can target a particular muscle to build by working out. But fat doesn’t have any separations, so how could Abdominal workouts could help to burn the fat in particular area? Was that a myth ? Does a workout really helps to burn fat in a particular area?

With all due respect I disagree with your claim that we can't maintain a good physique without non-veg or dairy. It's not a "kadwa sachh" or "sachh" at all. There are many Vegan bodybuilders on KZbin like Jon Venus, Brian Turner who maintain excellent physiques naturally on a totally plant based diet - no chicken or whey protein.

@@vibhorkumar9098 waha food expensive hai india se. Unka income source bhi decent hai isliye they can afford that kind of food. India me average income bhi kam hai, and aap normal food se bhi achi physique bana sakte ho. Stress, genetics, sleep levels bohot affect karte hai gains ko, not just diet.

@@VedantKulkarni619 go and find those supplements first and that too at good shops. Buying it is another story. You have to take supplements if you're vegetarian unless you're really short because your protein requirement is a lot lower if you want to look big as a short guy.

No one has so much free time or peace of mind and money to eat total vegan diet and not take plant based protein supplements and just take multivitamin ( which is most for everyone regardless of diet preferences). I think only well off and rich people can afford high quality food and don't require protein supplements. I believe a very good physique can be built on a vegan diet, the main problem is that I haven't seen anyone who doesn't take a protein powder and is totally real food based.
