This is the best cardio workout video U know why? because everyone is smiling,enjoying the steps.nothing seems to b formal.i did nt like it bcoz i just love it.

Great full body 30 minute workout. Loved it and will definitely add it to my exercise regimen before leaving the house in the morning for work!

Love seeing all the comments. We filmed this class in Okinawa Japan with a bunch of excited fitness enthusiast! Great experience. Depending on how much energy you put into this workout...I would say you can burn 500-800 calories. Have fun and thanks for watching!

Hey, Missy, you rock! I just happened to find your KZbin by chance. Your aerobics video, in my opinion, is perfect and has been really helpful to get me back to my fitness goals. I'm a former military training instructor looking to get back in fighting shape, and you're an awesome trainer. Seriously, I've gone from trouser size 38 to a size 36 in the span of a week. All I did was moderate my eating habits and exercise to your vid virtually everyday during that time. Thank you tons!

Hi! I love this class. It's like Missy says "real people"! It's fun and it really makes me sweat. However, I've been using it for a few months now and it's becoming repetitive... Does anyone know any similar class videos that I can try? Thanks!!!

a cello is a musical instrument, losing 20 cellos sounds pretty expensive.

Sunaina munjal I think the whole body, thus belly fat too. But the thing is that when you gain weight the first place where fat goes to is belly and its the last place from where it goes away.

Merci pour cette vidéo! Et pour se motiver, il y a l'appli GRATUITE et sans pub ANDROSPORT (pour Android). On peut y voir des EXERCICES à faire au quotidien (photos et videos!!), suivre les Exercices qu'on fait dans le temps, gérer et programmer ses SEANCES, créer ses propres CHRONOS pour ses séances cardio, suivre son POIDS et son IMC, se lancer des DEFIS, etc...!

@gosska1995 I FOUND IT!! after crazy amounts of research cause I heard it on this and had it in my head for ages...it's enrique iglesias dont turn off the lights. i reckon its someone's remix, i couldn't find the one used on this though, but we have a basis!! youv'e probably already found out by now, but there we go :)
