You can do it. At first it will burn like crazy if you're not used to zumbaa then it doesn't burn eventually. Not a great calorie burner though.

Today is my first time doing this Zumba n couldn't catch up the steps .My son was laughing his heart out saying a baby elephant is dancing. I could hardly move. But I believe I will be able to follow the step in this few days n will really get what I want ie to loss weight. I'm enjoying it.

Its my second day doing this, yesterday i could only barely do 15 minutes today i made it all the way through, ofcourse i had to pause inbetween to catch my breath but im sure that in 4 months ill look and feel totally different!! I knew this was going to become real tough later on and it did BUT for a beginner like me, who can barely run for more than 1 minute straight, it was possible. My arms and shoulders gave out almost but i pulled through and enjoyed the cardio. Whole body's burning and am not even out of breath! Hopefully i can advance my cardio level from beginner to medium by doing this for a month or so. GREAT JOB!!!

I’m surprised I was able to do this for 20 minutes I haven’t exercised in like 10 months but half way through I kept saying when is this gonna end also when the ads pop up use it as a break for water and munch on ur snack for a example I had water and grapes, guys this is great mind you I’m a chubby person doesn’t matter what size you are you got this if it’s too fast just slow it down with the speed option good luck I will try this for a month and see where I get I’m currently 178 and 5’6 I will come back and mark a month later what I lose.

Day 3: I still can't match her pace. I have to play the video at 0.75x to be able to follow her. But Im sweating like hell. And this makes me feel energetic and not exhausted. I can study well after this. Day 6: I am able to match her speed now. No longer watching at 0.75x. I don't sweat at all usually but after this workout I sweat like hell. Also I do this at 4.30 am in the morning. After that my morning isn't lazy but I feel energetic.

I somehow finished the video despite my total lack of coordination or fitness (I'm sure I looked ridiculous lol) so this really is a great place to start. Before my time but the music starting from 17:00 is actually "Brother Louie" from the 80's and you get the proper beat playing the video at .75 the speed which leads me to believe that this video may have been speeded up and the actual workout is really 25-30 minutes long instead. I thought the moves were too fast so I played it at this speed from the beginning.

This work out is amazing! Like most people i put on weight over lockdown and i don't feel comfortable going for runs or jogs because of other people. Was able to bang this out in my living room. With this and dieting i hope to go down 2 sizes by summer :) i'll try to remember to update

i never know zumba dance will be this hard.... im so tiredddd and full of sweat right nowww... but its fun and i can finish it not like the other workout, i think i must sign a zumba class

I always watch and sometimes do work out online...i really love this zumba and i set a goal to do this for two weeks... let's wait and see the improvement! Love it😍

كل صباح اقوم بهذه الزومبا ولكنني لم استطع اكمال كل وقت الفيديو فأقوم بإضافة دقيقتين كل يوم حتى اتمكن في النهاية من اكمال كل الفيديو😊💪.

WOW WOW WOW!!!! TODAY IN THE MORNING WAS RAINING CATS AND DOGS SO DICIDED TO SEARCH FOR WORKOUT ONLINE. I have been jogging for 8 months so far. I was inspired by this video!!!

Starting it hope so get good results Day 1 ✅there is sweat all over my face and neck and yeah Arms hurt a bit while doing this cause there was lot of arm movements. Day 2 ✅drenched in sweat but I think it will all be worth it . Day 3 ✅was a bit lazy doing this .😅but yeah did it .also heard some cracking sound from shoulders😂 Day 4✅although my sister interrupted in between but yeah did it .
