Ur anti smoking challenge change my life Since April 2023 I have not even thought about smoking. As I used to smoke 3-5 cigarettes per day.(during drink more than 10 cigarettes) I don’t know why but for me u r one of the important person of my life…. Mr. Yogesh Assistant professor. Mumbai

mam I noticed some symptoms of defficiency of vitamin B so I ordered tata 1mg complex B tablets. But on capsule bottle not written that how to use caan you tell me when to take vitamin B because it's water soluble so I'm confused when to take with meal or without meal ? please
