A place where Greg falls off with me is his training style. His training light and for volume has corrupted every gym I walk into. Over the years I have not seen 1 person actually get any impressive results. I’m natural and have trained hard and heavy for 15 years and 99% of the time I’m the biggest and strongest in the gym. This whole not training heavy because you don’t want to get injured is the easy way out. Not everyone is Ronnie Coleman on steroids pushing the body to the absolute limit and having problems later in life. Most naturals will be fine and as you progress and get stronger you natural get bigger. Or train volume and puff out a little bit and look better but never really put on real size.

He promotes the same calories-in/calories-out message, and his website and programs offer meal plans.

I used to watch Jeff Cavaliere in the beginning when i first started watching health & nutrition videos on youtube. he sticks to mostly training videos and training advice because of his views on nutrition. he doesn't think calories or macros matter as long as you are getting enough protein from your food (the part about protein is fine). he says we should stop eating calorie dense food aka junk food (even though he claims he doesn't want us tracking calories). so his views on nutrition is probably not worth him posting a lot about.

Maybe I completely missed it, but was Scott Herman mentioned anywhere in this? He's an OG, doesnt post as much these days but always enjoyed his content and his message about staying natty.

It may not really fall into the right classification, but Coop and Garage Gym Reviews is really good

Surprised at the Layne Norton mention. I do agree with Greg's take on him btw.

The only two on this list I watch are Jeff Nippard and Dr. Mike. I literally walk in the gym and just feel like I have a leg up on almost everyone around me. Once your eyes are opened it’s so easy to see how suboptimal most people’s training is

top1 is jeff cavalier , VAST knowledge that guy. you know long partial or whatever became popular recently. his program was instructing and explaining it Yearsss ago. soo much knowledge on how to perform safely since he is certified physiotherapist. awesome training methods. the only issue is his programs are too tough for complete beginners or really out of shape people also he is all natural great physique with age of 50 or sthg. 2nd is jeff nippard, he is natural, you can learn a lot from his videos since his videos summarize scientific knowledge about fitness.
