"i wanna be hot & young" lmao but also so true! i think other people are afraid to admit this bc it might make them look "shallow" but honestly who doesnt wanna look good? looking good is feeling good. i appreciate that u were honest with that and i really enjoy ur videos! i resonate with them a lot :)

Balance and consistency it's so true. Sometimes i think about extreme weight loss like" no sugar no carbs for month" then I laugh because it hasn't worked before and will never work. Just be balanced.

I would add that continuity is more important than consistency. We can’t always be consistent. You’ll get ill or injured. Go on holiday. Move house etc. So your routine will go out the window, but it’s important to keep going. Unwell and can’t work out for a week…stay hydrated, eat well and ease back into exercise when you can.

also i realized i actually enjoy ur long form content, u have a natural energetic tone that makes it pleasant to listen to. it works even without any background song/sound for me. i was watching someone else and they just werent interesting to listen to for a long period of time and kinda compared them to u lmao (they have more following than u i guess i enjoy their short form contents more)

I eat between 1600 and 2000 calories a day. I walk the treadmill 33 minutes and lift weights around 20 minutes, 3-5 days a week. I am down 25 pounds and have around 200 to lose. I weight myself every 2 weeks and I am using an appetite suppressant to help but I am still doing a lot of work and loving it.

This is great, if it’s working for you and you’re happy. But it is known that it’s easier to lose weight when you’re bigger. I weigh just under 200lbs and it’s pretty hard for me to actually lose weight, which is why I focus on strength instead.

@jadeypeach You are absolutely correct. I know eventually I will plateau and have to reevaluate what I'm doing. I do try some strength training throughout, which I am enjoying.

I keep telling myself, I don’t care how much I way as long as I like how I’m looking. I always wanted to be 130lb but recently I realized, if I gain muscle and get toned, look great, and weigh 150lb, then I’m happy to be 150lbs. I’m trying to keep track of progress via body measurements and clothes fit instead.

I love your channel Morgan, Ive struggled with an eating disorder and your voice plays over in my head to toss it out, it's a number that will drive you crazy. it doesn't mean anything like you said and you have also made me realize that you can weigh the same and you look totally different. you give me so much courage, and your thirst for knowledge is awesome! can't wait to learn from you! much love and all the positive vibes!

Girl… I love you! Your messages are always just what I need at the right time. You always put me in check and help me to remember that this is a JOURNEY, it’s no where near perfect and that there are going to be ebbs & flows. And that that’s okay!!! It’s such a breath of fresh air hearing it from you and knowing I’m not alone. Thank you for everything you do! 💗

This video had so many great pointsm Thank you for taking the time to mention the BS that gets tossed around like quick trick weightliss or slim teas. Or the "bulky" worry women get. Love your videos. Ive also thrown out theball or nothing mentality and have kept off 30 pounds ofnweightbthat i wouldngain and lose for years! This freedome feels amazing.

I've lost 60kg in the last year. I've gone from 202kg down to 143kg and I was weighing everyday and eventually it just was getting frustrating when it kept fluctuating up and down even though I was doing everything right. My dietician said it to me this way. the only thing weighing everyday will do is change the way you feel about what you're eating everyday.

I started trying to lose weight before a surgery last year, inspired by your 75 Hard video :) due to recovery, I ended up gaining it all back (and more 😢) but I’ve been back on track for the past few weeks; all I do is cut out sugar (as in sweets, soda etc.), walk, and do whatever workout i feel like daily, whether thats weights, yoga, running, dancing etc. The mental shift is what matters!

Omg!! I have been on a fat loss journey for a year, and about 9 months ago I started counting calories and the amount of conflicting information out there is so insane. Me 40 years old, 4’ 11”, 141 lbs. Dexa scan last year had me at 157lbs, with 44% body fat, and a RMR of 1190 calories. Sooooo I know how much my body needs just to lay around. I put my info on an app and my calorie intake to loose weight is 1250!!! WTF , that’s nothing 🤭😭… so I’ve been doing 1300-1400 depending on how hard I work out. In mid May I am taking a break and just eating at maintenance, which used to be 1800 calories. I want to get to a place where I can eat natural home cook meals and not count calories religiously 😔
