Leah, I'd see what your able to do and then modify it according to that. Then slowly upgrade to the normal workout as it becomes easier.

Yes please!!! More!!! It's great!!! I've been doing this 1-2 times a week, for about 10 weeks and even if the results aren't thay visible, I can feel myself getting stronger! I can do it now much easily now without so much pain :)

angela addawoo well my arms (particularly triceps) are like reallt weak for some reason, and they've always been flabby :( Also, I do not do them everyday, so I wasn't expecting much. But actually once I posted them comment, results started showing hehe

***** you must be joking, of course women see results with just working out and eating right. if you are consistent and do it with the right form you will definitely see results but you have to eat well too! no need for any supplements

***** well I have seen a difference in as little as 3 months,but not from fitness blenders work, from p90x and not on myself but my sister. Anyway I think it really depends on each person and how hard you work cause you can see results sooner than a year

angela addawoo I might be wrong but I think that Angela Conell meant big bulky guns when she said "muscle mass". And that's for average women, of course if one exercises like an athlete it's different. You can tell when a guy starts to lift weights regularly, it shows right away. But for a woman, you will mostly notice the arms going leaner and more toned, not necessarily seeing the muscles outlined, unless she flexes them. That's the case for me and many women I know. It's awesome that your sister looks as bad ass as she is. I've gone a long way with upper body strength but it doesn't show unless I strike a cool pose haha.

Exercise on 0.55 is just amazing. My arms were so skinny but this exercise has made my arms to put some muscles in very less time. Moreover, my chest is also giving a fuller look. I am trying only this exercise because I believe it blindly. Thank u so much for helping me to look healthy 😍

This is fantastic. I am very strong so it was not hard, but I used caution the first time as i am older. Go at YOUR pace is what I reach. You can always work up to her speed..or your own! be well !

Aina Nadeem diet is the one that makes your arms smaller or bigger. exercise tones your arms and builds muscle. so if you have "flappy" arms and/or you are overweight, then id recommend to check your diet. eat alot of protein because that makes you feel full, and cut back on carbs. after you get your diet right you should do weight training (if possible) but any exercising is better than none. doing around 8-12 rep range is good for toning and adding muscle, which makes your arms more "full" and less "flappy".

Becca Nieves I do push-ups on my knees and if I have to, I lay my body down before pushing back up. It helps a lot to get that millisecond of rest.

Day 9 of FBFit = Complete! My arms are sore but I feel good. Overall, I feel a lot more toned. I was never able to push myself through a full interval of Push Ups before, but I lasted the full 50 seconds! Thanks FB! :)

Oh my muscles, this workout just burnt my arms into a crisp 🔥 Took plenty of breaks as my muscles were way too burned out from the previous workout however I still finished it with arms and shoulders on fire. I have the hardest time with that one. After many repeats of this workout having to skip it, today I put a blanket under my butt to help support, and did the leg lifting and the dipping with my arms. I would lift my body a tiny bit into the plank. Felt it mostly in my hamstrings. They and my center probably need strengthening to be diagnostic. BUT! I could do it, and even with the blanket under there, I still was working. Eventually I will not need the blanket, I think. Good luck to you!!

+Nolan Mars Yes, they shouldn't crack every time you do a pushup --- make sure your shoulders aren't dipping forward (might want to loosen off pectorial muscles if you are) when you are doing them. Better to do less or easier and do proper form.
