Hi, I just want to thank fitness blender so much for making my life better!! I'm a 15 year old girl and I used to always feel tired, energyless and I was feeling down almost all the time. But about 5 months ago the thought hit me that maybe it all was caused by my unhealthy lifestyle. I found fitness blender on youtube and started working out with your videos. I combine that with running and biking and I've also done changes in my diet, not to lose weight but to get healthy. And it really helped, I feel so much better now, I have energy and I'm mostly happy and I never feel tired or sad for no reason. I've actually gained around 3 kilos since I started my new lifestyle, but my body looks much more fit than before, and the most important: I'm feeling good! I just want to thank you guys so much for your workout videos! They help so many people out there. Thank you!

Elin F. Good for you, girl! Are you still keeping up with your healthy lifestyle? It makes such a huge difference in our wellbeing. I know, because I'm 55 years old now, but since I've been living healthy all these years, since my 20's, I'm able to keep up with even the younger folks in working out, and I feel great!

I swear that I crave strength training sometimes. It makes me feel great & there's something satisfying about a good lifting session. But my life is busy & I don't usually have time for long workout sessions of any kind - I need my workouts to be efficient, potent, & under 40 minutes. These strength workouts are my go-to on days when I'm short on time & I also love adding them onto a quick HIIT to round out my workout & burn out the lower body. More @ goo.gl/4Ty7A3

I've been exercising with your videos for 2 years and love the variety you provide! One thing I do miss from your older videos is Daniel's voice over. I feel like one or two new strength training videos with his voice over would be a nice addition to the other great videos for a few reasons. Kelli, you can focus on the exercise at hand without stumbling over words as much and 2. because I think when Daniel has an outside perspective (and not out of breath :D ) he can relay extra information about posture/form, suggestions on pushing yourself better, or point out specific things you're doing that you may not realize during the execution of the exercise. Just my two cents. I LOVE ALL of your videos and have no preference with you versus his voiceover. It's just watching some of the older videos from 2013 or later, I noticed that he can relay more information because he's not doing the exercise and also tended to give more information about exercises- like what muscles were being affected and what would be changed if the form was altered in some way, etc. Keep up these videos! I finally went from a 1 day a week back to 3 days a week and soon I hope to go to 4 days a week! I love feeling stronger and more energized! Thanks, you two!

I just did this after being out of the game for a while...a LONG while. I'm back to square one. But knowing and respecting that, I concentrated on doing what I could do in terms of weight and range of motion. Already feeling it! I added in toes in/out deadlifts and single leg assisted squats (12 each on all of those). My legs are TOAST. Amazing how thoroughly you can work yourself over in such a short time!

Dear fitness blender, Im a loyal fan of your channel. I have been working out with your videos guidance and I see result. It is awesome feeling to be on a wagon again. Recently, I just found out I am pregnant after few years of trying and a miscarriage. RN I have the worst morning sickness and I couldnt eat properly; thus, these are the reason or excuse that I have for not working out lately ( tbh, about two weeks or so). I need a workout video that is pregnancy ( first trimester, second trimester, and third trimester) friendly(gentle but still impactful) that will help me feel refresh, thank you so much again for be so aspiring.

I really really love fitness blender and both of you always inspire me and keep me going...thanks for that! I just wanted to mention I find it when 20 or 15 second are left it kind of makes it feel longer and is a bit distracting. I don't mind the 10 or 5 seconds announcing but every time it's done way before that it's a bit much😬. Just a thought not sure if I'm the only one and don't mean to sound like I'm complaining lol I do appreciate all of your workouts guy's and love them👍🏻 thanks 🙏🏼

So first off, I really love your videos and workouts, I have been doing them for 8 months now, which is amazing, since I never worked out and was really lazy before. I was wondering if you could do perhaps a very challenging full body strenght training (with weights only). Like, something really challenging, just like the 1000 cal workouts but with only weights. I love strenght training and HIIT, but occassionaly it would be awesome to have a really challenging long routine, so that I would feel as sore as I feel after the 1000 cal workouts :D

This is one of my favorite videos to work out to. I love that it covers three areas: butt, thighs, and cardio!! Question: Do you guys have any videos dedicated to proper breathing? I have a really hard time breathing properly when I am doing crunches or sit ups, but those exercises feel like they give me the most burn (which is what I'm looking for). Thanks!!

1 like = 1 day without junk food wish me luck i started yesterday and i want to do this including abs and cardio for 2 months so i will probs update when i can but in 2 months i will come with an final answer I drink 1 gallon of water a day and i eat healthy with a few treats but i will cut them all out by the end of the week •about me• im 15 and i weight around 130 and i am 5'1" i love my body, but i do have a little but and a bit of a tummy. Im doing this because i want to feel more confident and comfortable. Im willing to go the extra mile. I waited to say this till day two cause normally after the first day i would quit Day 3: i went to the gym today so i could do some lifting and I noticed that the workouts i use with fitness blender give me a bigger sweat and more progress. My stomach has been shrinking and my but is lifting but it also could be me wanting improvement. I dont weigh myself cause I focus on how it makes me feel and what it looks like.

Kelly I love your channel and doing HIIT, but I have a knee injury(my patella) like for 2 months now, DR. said I could workout but try to avoid squats and whatever puts a lot of weight on my knees, Imstill working out but missin doin that, any workouts to work my quads ans glutes without squats,lunges,jumps .-XO
