Only 10 seconds sprint with 50 seconds rest 10 times? If that's effective fair play. I have learnt something new!

It's definitely effective if you run hard. 70-90YD sprint with 50 seconds rest.

@@FitnessCulture Thank you!!! Definitely something I'll implement in my workouts from now on. I allways have done and not enjoyed 😂 1min sprints and 2 and half min rests. But this may seem like a better alternative as it kills my love and workout at the end. Love everything Fitness Culture has released since day 1 👌 this series is ace. 🔥
