I recently started huel greens and huel daily superblends as a 2 meal a day replacement during my work week and a full supper at night. I start my day at 4am to get to work by 5, and come home to a baby. A complete breakfast is not an option. I dont have the time or energy to wake up at 3am to ensure a complete breakfast. My "lunch" is at 9 am technically but thankfully i work in maintenance and my workflow is kind of more like, get your work done. Im not tied to a specific spot for too long. But leftovers from the night before arent always an option, and all the affordable food places near me are serving eggs and bacon around me for most of my day. So lunch is either junk from the vending machine, or unhealthy takeout, or the rare leftovers. So for someone like me, getting a fully balanced and nutritional requirements of super healthy food is just not super feasible idea nor affordable. Secondly, im overweight. Im 5'7" and 200 pounds and was rising. My meal schedule and poor nutrition left me not only hungry at dinner time, but also before i slept so id have a snack of cereal or unfortunately some convenience treat before bed bc im not cooking again at 9pm. To lose the excess weight with my activity level, i basically need to maintain a 2000 callorie diet to have a deficit. And i have yet to see how i can get a full spectrum of said macro and micronutrients, and complete recommended servings of fruits and vegetables and all that other stuff and effectively keep it under 2000 calories, and not make my fridge explode and counter top collapse from all the foods it would take to regularly meet all those needs without a crap ton of food spoilage, or going above my 2000 colories intake. For the first time i feel like ive found a way to take my vitamins, mineral, fiber, and proteins without breaking the bank or eating up all my time in meal prep. These blended concentrated forms of nutrition are getting me what i would never be able to feasibly consume in traditional fashion and id be willing to bet was still a struggle during so called good old days of pre hustle culture and convenience foods. My night time cravings are more manageable as well. I wish these products were more common during my 20s.

Would you mind doing a video comparing Grüns vs huel vs AG1? I used AG1 a long time ago and was not a fan (it tastes terrible in my opinion). I’ve used Huel for the past year or so and love it. Just hate the mess of getting powder everywhere.

I'll take a look at that product

It's sedimenty/grainy because you used the wrong scoop! you put almost 50g in when you should use the small scoop with is 8g

I used the scoop that came with the package. It only came with one.

Avoid HUEL Daily Green!! I had awful stomach pains, vomiting badly after it. If you're smart and have your head on straight, don't buy it.
