Let me motivate you with this easy-to-follow workout, so you can get the results you're looking for. You can add this tricep workout as a stand-alone, add it before or after a cardio workout, or tack it on after another strength training workout if stronger triceps are a goal of yours.
This workout is all levels and osteoporosis friendly.

I cheated and did this a day early (Thanksgiving tomorrow) and all I can say is SERIOUSLY PJ?! Holy crap my triceps are completely toast! I may not be able to lift a fork tomorrow to enjoy that turkey! But it's thanks to you that my triceps are now strong and defined, so I still love ya, even if you are trying to make my arms fall off ;)

owwww, hurts so good. I did 10 pounds s, but I had to skip #6 of the last ladder exercise. I hope I don't need to scratch my nose tomorrow! Am reminded of the first time I started heavy weights, 25 years ago, and I got done and went out to my manual transmission car and could not get it into reverse. I had to sit there and laugh for 10 minutes before I could.

COULD YOU COUNT ANY SLOWER ON THE TRICEP ISO HOLDS PJ?????? I was thinking of skipping bc today is Thanksgiving and I didn’t want to be ungrateful by the end…I’m still grateful for you PJ just not happy now bc my triceps are toast. I’m not gonna be able to pull the turkey out of the oven😂😂😂😂
