Extra special, extra spicy! I did the walk-out planks from the knees, then tried, successfully, off the knees. Then back to knees. Nice mix. I used yoga blocks to raise the ground for the knee to opposite arm climber. This workout was challenging and therefore just. long. enough! Thanks, PJ!❤

So great to get back to PJ! I broke my arm in a terrific ice storm in January. It was a double break and required surgery so I was out of commission for quite a while. This was a great workout! adding the dumbbells made it challenging and I got my heart rate up. I so get the doorbell thing- my husband took ours out-filled in the wood and painted it. Really confuses the crap out of people.😆

Kids start school today. I restart my morning workout routine after three weeks of rest to rehab a couple of issues. Feels good to be back at it! Because of timing I could only do one of each circuit (plus the 15-minute cardio video). Thanks for always being there, PJ!

Extra special today. ☺️ My workout. My pace. Big impact! 💥 For the arm up lunge, I racked the dumbbell ( Oh, gee, just listen to me. I sound like a gym rat. 🙄). Walk-out planks off the knees! Knee to opposite arm climbers from the mat. I didn’t have to raise the ground today! I guess my wrists were feeling strong. Some days are like that.🤷♀️ Such a nice stretch. Thanks, PJ!❤

Thanks Pj. I burnt 80kal within the past 28 min. I used 6kg and 2kg. Can challenge myself next time by 7 and 3. I definitely felt my abs. I failed to raise my arms up for the lunge though

I thought this was a great workout however, with osteoporosis, the twisting is probably not good. Am I correct? I modified the sit ups with the twist by doing a V sit.
